Suphan Buri Line is a railway line in Western Thailand, opened on 16 June 1963, by Prime Minister Sarit Thanarat. There were initially 16 stations, but only seven stations now remain in operation. [1] The line branches off from the Southern Line.
The line was originally a project to be a bypass route passing through Ang Thong Province and cross the Chao Phraya River to meet the Northern and Northeastern Lines at Ban Phachi Junction, but construction was stopped here. [2]
At present, only one train is served once a day at 04.40 pm. The train departs from Bangkok railway station and reach the destination at 07.40 pm.
And returning from Suphan Buri to Bangkok the train departs at 04.40 am to destination at 8.10 am. [3]

The State Railway of Thailand (SRT) is the state-owned rail operator under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Transport in Thailand.

Suphan Buri railway station is a railway station on the Suphan Buri Line in Tambon Rua Yai, Mueang Suphan Buri District, Suphan Buri Province, Thailand. There are two platforms, on the left side of the track. The station is now operational. Two trains stop at it. It is the Suphan Buri provincial station, but passenger count is low due to its distance from Suphan Buri's city centre.

Thon Buri railway station formerly known as Bangkok Noi railway station (สถานีรถไฟบางกอกน้อย), is a class 1 railway station and the current terminus of the Thon Buri Branch Line in Bangkok. Near the station is a railway depot that keeps five functional steam locomotives operable for four special occasions. Thon Buri station is the only station in Bangkok that has railway semaphore signals still present on the station grounds.

Suan Son Pradiphat railway station is a railway station located in Nong Kae Subdistrict, Hua Hin District, Prachuap Khiri Khan. It is located 221.03 km (137.3 mi) from Thon Buri Railway Station and serves Suan Son Pradiphat Beach with the nearby Rajabhakti Park. It initially opened as a railway halt. Suan Son Pradiphat became a staffed station on December, 11 2023, which began operation when the double tracking of the line section was completed.
Krung Thep Aphiwat Central Terminal, also known by its former name Bang Sue Grand Station, is the central passenger terminal in Bangkok and the current railway hub of Thailand. It replaced the existing Hua Lamphong railway station as the city's central railway station, with long-distance rail services operating from here from 19 January 2023. The station was opened on 2 August 2021 as part of the operation of the SRT Red Lines, and from May 2021 to September 2022 served as a COVID-19 vaccination center. It is linked to the Bang Sue MRT station via an underground walkway.
