Surviving the Law is the 25th studio album by Scottish hard rock band Nazareth. It was released on 15 April 2022 by Frontiers Records and produced by Yann Rouiller who also worked with Nazareth on their previous albums, Tattooed on My Brain (2018), The Newz (2008) and Rock 'n' Roll Telephone (2014). [1] It is the second Nazareth album to feature vocalist Carl Sentance. Original singer Dan McCafferty had given his blessings to Nazareth's new singer and left the band in 2014 citing health issues. Aaron Badgley of The Spill Magazine compares this to Tattooed on My Brain, their prior album. "Surviving the Law has a rougher edge. Here the band is much less polished" and he continues, "It is heavy metal, and at times they are dipping their toes in grunge." [3]

Frontiers is the eighth studio album by the American rock band Journey, released in February 1983, by Columbia Records. This was the band's last album to feature bassist Ross Valory until 1996's Trial by Fire.
Nazareth are a Scottish hard rock band formed in Dunfermline in 1968 that had many hit singles and albums in Canada, the United Kingdom, and a number of other European countries beginning in the early 1970s. The breadth of their popularity expanded internationally, including in the United States, with their 1975 album Hair of the Dog, which featured their hits "Hair of the Dog" and a cover of the ballad "Love Hurts". They have continued to record and tour internationally for more than 50 years.

The album was recorded at Escape Studios, Kent, with additional recording and mixing at AIR Studios, London, and is the group's best known and highest selling release, with over two million copies sold worldwide.

The album title comes from the 1935 novel No Mean City and features artwork illustrated by Rodney Matthews. With this record the band's sound was heavier, considering the addition of guitarist Zal Cleminson of The Sensational Alex Harvey Band. It sold very well at the time, with the main single "Star", preceded by "Whatever You Want Babe". The popularity of the album allowed the band to play with several big names such as Thin Lizzy, on their 1978/79 tour. It was their first album since their second release, Exercises in 1972, not to contain at least one cover version.

It is the first Nazareth album to feature new vocalist Carl Sentance, replacing original singer Dan McCafferty who had to leave the band in 2013 due to health issues.
Summer of Sorcery is the seventh solo studio album by American singer-songwriter Little Steven, released under the name Little Steven and the Disciples of Soul. It was released on May 3, 2019 under Universal Music Enterprises. It is Little Steven's first album of new material since 1999's Born Again Savage. The album consists of 10 new songs plus a reworking of "Education" from his 1989 Revolution album, and the outtake "Suddenly You" from the Lilyhammer score.
