Survivor 2018 is the sixth season of Survivor Greece, the Greek version of the popular reality show. The season aired on Skai TV on January 21, 2018 in Greece and in Cyprus started airing the same day on Sigma TV. It is hosted by Sakis Tanimanidis & Giorgos Lianos. The show is produced by the company Acun Medya, which is owned and directed by Acun Ilıcalı. It is also being broadcast abroad via SKAI's international stations. Twelve players and twelve celebrities have been known in Greece through their work are invited to survive on a deserted island, the exotic Dominican Republic, for 6 months, having their luggage, the necessary clothes and basic food supply. Two players, one on each tribe joined them at second week. After 9 weeks from the beginning of the game, 6 new players, three on each team, joined the tribes. On episode 101, the last team match took place and on episode 102, individual matches started. The Finals were held on 11, 12 & 13 July live in the open theatre of Alsos Veikou, Galatsi, Athens. The winner of sixth season was Ilias Gotsis from the team "Warriors" (Μαχητές).

The seventh season of the talent show The Voice of Greece premiered on September 13, 2020, on Skai TV and Sigma TV, for the fifth time. Host Giorgos Lianos, as well as the four coaches from the previous season, Helena Paparizou, Sakis Rouvas, Panos Mouzourakis and Eleonora Zouganeli all returned. After one season hiatus, Laura Narjes returned as the backstage host, replacing Christina Bompa. Doukissa Nomikou hosted only the live shows, because Lianos was in Dominican Republic, where he was hosting the eighth season of Survivor Greece.

The Masked Singer is a Greek reality singing competition television series that premiered on Skai TV on 31 March 2022. It is part of the Masked Singer franchise which began in South Korea and features celebrities singing songs while wearing head-to-toe costumes and face masks concealing their identities. The show is hosted by Sakis Rouvas, the program employs panelists who guess the celebrities' identities by interpreting clues provided to them throughout each season. Elisavet Konstantinidou, Thodoris Marantinis, Nikos Moutsinas and Athina Oikonomakou appear in each episode and vote alongside an audience for their favorite singer after all perform. The least popular is eliminated, taking off their mask to reveal their identity. The first season ended on 2 July 2022 with actor Renos Haralambidis coming in first as "Minotavros" and singer Sarbel coming in second as "Moro".
Love Island is a Greek dating reality show based on the British series Love Island. Following the premise of other versions of the Love Island format, the show features a group of single contestants, known as "islanders" who live together in a luxury villa that is isolated from the outside world, in an attempt to find love. Throughout the series, the contestants "couple up" to avoid being dumped from the villa. As old islanders are dumped, new islanders will enter the villa. At the end, Greece will vote one final time to determine the winning couple. It premiered on 29 September 2022, on Skai TV. The show was hosted by Iliana Papageorgiou and narrated by Vangelis Giannopoulos.
