Susann Sundkvist (born 8 December 1957) is a Finnish athlete. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] She competed in the women's high jump at the 1976 Summer Olympics.
Sundkvist has won six consecutive Finnish championships in the High jump at the senior level. Her record has been 1.87 m since 1976. Sundkvist has improved the Finnish record six times from 1974 to 1976 (from 1.75 to 1.87 m). At club level she represented Idrottsföreningen Drott and Kokkola Veikko of Pietarsaar. She reached silver in the European Athletics U20 Championships in 1975 in Athens with a measure of 1.86 m. She was coached by Göran Brunell.
Sundkvist is the youngest winner of the Finnish high jump championship. The 1973 championship reached 15 years, 8 months and 2 days. It is also the youngest medal (14 years, 8 months, 4 days).
She won 1976 Italian Athletics Indoor Championships, because in that year some non-Italian athletes were invited to participate in some competitions. [6]

Trebisonda "Ondina" Valla was an Italian female athlete, and the first Italian woman to ever win an Olympic gold medal. She won it in the 80 m hurdles event at the 1936 Summer Olympics in Berlin, after establishing the new world record during the semi-final.

Jukka Pekka Sakari Keskisalo is a Finnish athlete competing in 3000 m steeplechase and 1500 m. He won the 3000 m steeplechase at the 2006 European Championships in Athletics in Gothenburg and was also an Olympian in 2012.

Holly Bethan Bradshaw is a British track and field athlete who specialises in the pole vault. She is the current British record holder in the event indoors and outdoors, with clearances of 4.87 metres and 4.90 metres. Bradshaw won a bronze medal at the 2020 Summer Olympics. She also won bronze at the 2012 World Indoor Championships, gold at the 2013 European Indoor Championships, bronze at the 2018 European Championships, and silver at the 2019 European Indoor Championships. She also won at the 2018 Athletics World Cup. She was a member of the French national team for the European Women's Basketball Championship in 1950, 1952, 1954 and 1956.
Wilma Anna Helena Murto is a Finnish pole vaulter. She won the gold medal at the 2022 European Athletics Championships in Munich with a jump of 4.85 m, equalling the championships record and setting a new Finnish record. Murto claimed also victory at the 2023 European Indoor Championships, making her the first Finnish woman in history to win gold at these championships.
Barbro Marie Susanne Lorentzon-Borg is a Swedish former track and field athlete who specialised in the high jump. She held the Swedish record for the high jump from 22 June 1980 to 20 April 1997, when her lifetime best of 1.94 m was beaten by Kajsa Bergqvist.
