The 2017 Summer Universiade, officially known as the XXIX Summer Universiade and commonly called Taipei 2017, was a multi-sport event, sanctioned by the International University Sports Federation (FISU), held in the city of Taipei, Taiwan. It took place from August 19 to August 30, 2017.
The men's tournament of football at the 2017 Summer Universiade was held from August 18 to 29 in Taipei, Taiwan.
The women's tournament of football at the 2017 Summer Universiade was held from August 18 to 28 in Taipei, Taiwan.
Archery was contested at the 2017 Summer Universiade from August 20 to 24 at the National Taiwan Sport University Stadium in Taoyuan, Taiwan.
