Tavistock Group is the developer of Lake Nona, a multi-faceted, 17-square-mile (44 km2, 10,900 acre, 4,400 hectare) [4] mixed-use development in southeast Orlando. This large-scale community was designed to host education, medical and recreational facilities, a life sciences cluster, diverse workspaces, and a range of residential options.
The centerpiece of the community is Lake Nona Medical City—which includes the University of Central Florida College of Medicine and the Sanford-Burnham Medical Research Institute, the University of Florida Academic and Research Center, Nemours Children’s Hospital, and the Orlando Veterans Affairs Medical Center. He was previously the majority owner of ENIC Group, which is also the majority owner of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, between 1991 until October 2022. The Tavistock Cup was a team golf event played in Florida that featured the top-ranked golf professional members of six international golf clubs: Albany, Isleworth, Lake Nona, Oak Tree National, Primland, and Queenwood. The two-day tournament was an officially sanctioned, unofficial-money PGA Tour event. The inaugural Tavistock Cup matches were held at Lake Nona Golf & Country Club in 2004.

Golden Oak at Walt Disney World Resort is a residential community within the Walt Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. It was designed by Walt Disney Imagineering and is owned and operated by Disney subsidiary, Golden Oak Realty, within Disney Signature Experiences. The first phase of development is located southeast of the Magic Kingdom Park in Bay Lake. The area was named to pay homage to Walt Disney's Golden Oak Ranch in California. The first few home sites were available for purchase in late 2010 and completed in late 2011. Later on, a Four Seasons resort was opened north of the property with the company purchasing several properties to serve in its "private residences" initiative on the WDW property.
