Team Ireland Roller Derby represents Ireland in women's international roller derby, in events such as the Roller Derby World Cup. Affectionately known as the "Green Machine", the team was first formed to compete at the 2011 Roller Derby World Cup, and finished the tournament in tenth place. They have since competed at the 2014 World Cup in Dallas, USA and the 2018 World Cup in Manchester, UK. In 2025 the team will be again be competing at the World Cup in Innsbruck, Austria.

Team Ireland named its team training squad of 30 skaters in November 2016, following try-outs. [1] Head Coach is Karl Case (Lt Damn) from Manchester Roller Derby and Team Ireland Men's Roller Derby, and assistant coach is Jeff Roche from Limerick Roller Derby and Team Ireland Men's Roller Derby Team Manager is Mary Bowe (Bowe T-Vicious) from Waterford City Viqueens.
Team Ireland named its roster for the 2014 Blood & Thunder Roller Derby World Cup in October 2014. Team Coach is Sinister Mary Clarence (London Rollergirls, Assistant Coach is Kitty Cadaver (Dublin Roller Derby) and Line up manager is Belle Igerent (Limerick Rollergirls). The team manager is Titstanium (Limerick Rollergirls).

Team Ireland named its initial roster in September 2011, following try-outs. [2] Most of the skaters were from Ireland's two leagues with bouting experience, the Dublin Roller Girls and Cork City Firebirds. [3] (league affiliations listed as of at the time of the announcement)
The Irish team warmed up for the 2011 World Cup with a number of bouts against English leagues, starting with the Sheffield Steel Rollergirls. [4]
At the World Cup, Ireland lost to Team Finland in round 1; [5] then easily beat Roller Derby Brasil in the consolation stage, [6] but lost to Roller Derby Germany to finish tenth. [7]
The team's head coach, Violent Bob, from Dublin Roller Girls, [8] stated afterwards that the team were "probably among the underdogs" at the World Cup, but were "pretty proud of how we got on". He highlighted in particular the team's group stage 64–119 loss to Team England as a competitive performance. [3]

Windy City Rollers is a women's flat-track roller derby league located in Chicago, Illinois. Founded by Juanna Rumbel and Sister Sledgehammer in 2004, Windy City is the first flat-track roller derby league established in Chicago, and is a founding member of the Women's Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA).
The Kansas City Roller Warriors (KCRW) is a women's flat track roller derby league based in Kansas City, Kansas that was founded in 2004. The members of the league are split into four home teams that play within the league and two travel teams that represent KCRW in competition with other leagues. KCRW is a founding member of the Women's Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA), and the Kansas City Roller Warriors All Star travel team was the winner of the 2007 WFTDA Championships, the "Texas Shootout", which took place in Austin, Texas.

Texas Rollergirls is a women's flat track roller derby league based in Austin, Texas. Founded in early 2003 and widely credited as the league that started the modern roller derby movement, the Texas Rollergirls were the first flat-track league in the nation to play a version of roller derby using new standardized rules and a track design based on the dimensions of the old banked tracks. The league's all-star team, the Boston Massacre, was one of the top 25 WFTDA Division 1 teams in the world through most of the duration of the divisional ranking system introduced in early 2013, and as of December 31, 2015, the Massacre was ranked at 21. Boston won the WFTDA Division 2 Championship in 2017 and the North America East Continental Cup in 2018.

Roller Derby Brasil represents Brazil in women's international roller derby, such as at the Roller Derby World Cup.
The 2011 Roller Derby World Cup was an international women's roller derby tournament organized by Blood & Thunder magazine. Teams of amateur skaters from around the world were fielded to compete for their respective nations.
