The 3rd Wish: To Rock the World sometimes just called The 3rd Wish is the fourth solo studio album by American hip hop recording artist SPM. It was released on November 23, 1999 via Dope House Records.
The 3rd Wish was a Houston area hit, with the single "High So High" gaining much local buzz and even charting at #50 on the Billboard Hot Rap Tracks chart. The 3rd Wish is Coy's first album to chart, peaking at #89 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums with 60,000 copies sold in the first week released. This eventually lead to SPM signing a joint venture between his label and Universal Music Group in 2000 which earned him a $500,000 advance and national distribution.

"Rapper SPM acknowledges a past as a drug dealer, and that former occupation continues to inform his approach to his current career, from the name of his record label, Dope House, to the subject matter of his raps. His is a world of crime and retribution, expressed in language laced with the usual epithets and expletives. The raps are slower and more deliberate, the music more melodic than most other rap, and there are occasional surprises. 'Land of The Lost' is a melodramatic narrative that looks back with regret, while 'Miss Perfect' is a love rap, an unabashed tribute to SPM's wife. Like other rap label heads, the artist uses his own albums to introduce other rappers on his label. In fact, the album is basically a label sampler, featuring 23 rappers and groups in addition to SPM himself and containing tracks from upcoming Dope House releases. Four of the 16 tracks don't even feature the artist. Nevertheless, he remains the most distinctive presence on the album, and his perspective, while including much of the standard-issue opinions and expressions of the genre, is individual enough to be distinctive." ~ William Ruhlman [1]

3rd Bass was an American hip hop group that was active in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Formed by MC Serch, Pete Nice, and DJ Richie Rich, the group was notable for being one of the first successful interracial hip hop acts. Along with Beastie Boys and producer Rick Rubin, MC Serch and Pete Nice were two of the very few white hip hop artists who were widely respected in the community. The group dissolved in 1994 and again in 2000 and 2013 after short-lived reunions. The group released two studio albums in their initial career and both of them were certified gold by the RIAA.

Carlos Coy, known professionally as SPM, is an American rapper and convicted sex offender. His stage name was incorporated from his Mexican heritage and the South Park neighborhood in Houston, Texas, where he was raised.
Reveille Park is the eighth solo studio album by American hip hop recording artist SPM. It was released on Dope House Records in 2002 shortly after SPM was incarcerated for sexual assault. Most of the tracks on this album are freestyle rapping. There was a "Chopped & Screwed" version of the album released on August 26, 2002. Coy stated that the entire album was recorded in two days. It was recorded at his house by his long-time friend and record producer Filero, who also added to the production of the album. It was mixed and mastered by James Hoover at Digital Services in Houston, Texas.

It contains the Tony G-produced hit single "You Know My Name", which peaked at #99 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs and #31 on the Hot Rap Songs charts.

It features guest appearances by Juan Gotti, Baby Bash, Lucky Luciano, Carolyn Rodriguez and others. The CD consists of 17 songs, including the hit single "Mexican Heaven", and also contains a bonus disc of Coy's songs that have been on previous albums. The Last Chair Violinist was released on November 18, 2008 via Dope House Records.

After signing with music producer 9th Wonder's music label It's a Wonderful World Music Group, she released a series of mixtapes and collaborated with Erykah Badu and Talib Kweli.
