Black Eyed Peas is an American musical group consisting of rappers will.i.am, apl.de.ap and Taboo. The group's lineup during the height of their popularity in the 2000s featured Fergie, who replaced Kim Hill in 2002. Originally an alternative hip hop group, they subsequently refashioned themselves as a more marketable pop-rap act. Although the group was founded in Los Angeles in 1995, it was not until the release of their third album Elephunk in 2003 that they achieved high record sales.
Madchester was a musical and cultural scene that developed in the English city of Manchester in the late 1980s, closely associated with the indie dance scene. Indie-dance saw artists merging indie music with elements of acid house, psychedelia and 1960s pop. The term Madchester was coined by Factory Records' Tony Wilson, with the label popularised by the British music press in the early 1990s, and its most famous groups include the Stone Roses, Happy Mondays, Inspiral Carpets, the Charlatans, James and 808 State. It is widely seen as being heavily influenced by drugs, especially MDMA. At that time, the Haçienda nightclub, co-owned by members of New Order, was a major catalyst for the distinctive musical ethos in the city that was called the Second Summer of Love.
The Weather Girls are an American female duo whose best-known line-up comprised Martha Wash and Izora Armstead. Formed in 1976 in San Francisco, California, Wash and Armstead began their musical careers as Two Tons O' Fun, the female backup duo for disco singer Sylvester. After several years of singing background for Sylvester, the duo was signed in 1979 to Fantasy Records as Two Tons O' Fun. The duo changed their name to The Weather Girls and were launched into somewhat more mainstream recognition following the release of the single, "It's Raining Men" (1982), which became their first number-one song on the US Dance Chart and their biggest hit. Despite having several hit songs on the Dance Chart as Two Tons O' Fun and The Weather Girls, the duo never achieved a top 40 hit on the main US Hot 100 and ultimately disbanded in 1988 after the release of their self-titled fifth album The Weather Girls.
Martha Elaine Wash is an American singer-songwriter, actress, and producer. Known for her distinctive and powerful voice, Wash first achieved fame as half of the Two Tons O' Fun, who sang backing vocals for the disco singer Sylvester including on his signature hit "You Make Me Feel ". After gaining their own record deal, they released three consecutive commercially successful songs which all peaked at number two in the dance charts. The duo was renamed The Weather Girls in 1982 after they released the top-selling single "It's Raining Men", which brought them to mainstream pop attention. The Weather Girls released five albums and were heavily featured on Sylvester's albums.
Tha Blue Carpet Treatment is the eighth studio album by West Coast hip hop recording artist Snoop Dogg. It was released on November 21, 2006, by Doggystyle Records and Geffen Records. They have been on the business for some years, but they really got a start when Daddy Yankee hired them to produce his Barrio Fino Album. Then they followed up with the Barrio Fino en Directo Album. They are aligned with Luny Tunes's Mas Flow Inc and Daddy Yankee's El Cartel Records.

He was born to Charles and Lolita Coby, both former singers and musicians.. He is a producer specializing in Hip-Hop and R&B genres. Soundz has produced many songs of these genres, including "Look at Her" by One Chance, and has produced much content for Ciara, Chris Brown, Pitbull, Justin Bieber, Trina, Brandy and Young Boss. In 2019, Soundz released a documentary, 11:11.

The Royalty: La Realeza is the second studio album following the success of Masterpiece by R.K.M & Ken-Y. After a 2+1⁄2-year wait, their album was released on September 9, 2008. The first official single off the album is "Mis Dias Sin Ti" and the song was released on December 18, 2007. The second official single off the album is "Te Regalo Amores" and the song was released on August 26, 2008. The album moved 15,000 copies within the United States during its first week. It received a nomination for Best Latin Urban Album at the Grammy Awards of 2009.

It was written by Jose Nieves and Kenny Vazquez, produced by Los Magnificos, Mambo Kings, and Janet Santiago and released as the second single from the album on August 26, 2008. The song reached the top 15 of both the Latin Rhythm Airplay and Latin Tropical Airplay charts. Ivy Queen along with Ken-Y also performed the remix to the song as a part of the setlist of her 2008 World Tour which was held from the José Miguel Agrelot Coliseum, known as the Coliseum of Puerto Rico in San Juan, Puerto Rico as well on R.K.M & Ken-Y's Romantico 360° Tour in 2009.
The Machete Music World Tour 2010 was an international tour by artists of the Latin Urban music label Machete Music. Headlined by Ivy Queen, and Tego Calderón, the tour also features Chino & Nacho, Flex, Jowell & Randy, Don Omar, Cosculluela, Angel & Khriz, J-King & Maximan and R.K.M & Ken-Y. The tour launched with a sold-out concert at the Theatre at Madison Square Garden in New York.
"Llorarás" (English: You Will Cry) is a song by Puerto Rico reggaetón duo R.K.M & Ken-Y from their first compilation album Masterpiece: Commemorative Edition (2007). It was released as the lead single from the album, which is a re-edition of their debut studio album Masterpiece (2006) when they were still known as Rakim & Ken-Y on June 5, 2007. The song's accompanying music video was released on September 4, 2007, in promotion of the single. The song departs from R.K.M & Ken-Y's musical style of reggaetón which characterized their previous album to explore Contemporary R&B. It reached the Top 10 of the Billboard Hot Latin Songs chart becoming the duo's last single to enter the Billboard Hot Latin Songs chart, until "Te Regalo Amores" a year later. It received an award for "Urban Song of the Year" at the ASCAP Latin Music Awards of 2008. It was later included on the duo's first compilation album The Last Chapter (2010).
R.K.M & Ken-Y is a reggaeton duo formed in 2003 by José Nieves (R.K.M) and Kenny Vázquez (Ken-Y). The artists are renowned in the Latin music world for being the first to successfully fuse mainstream pop music with the reggaeton street rhythms of Puerto Rico and expose the style to a wide international audience. The sound introduced by R.K.M & Ken-Y would go on to inspire the pop reggaeton songs of successful acts such as CNCO, J Balvin, and Maluma. The duo had a very successful career with the Spanish-speaking audience of Latin America, the United States, and Spain until their separation in 2013. In June 2017, the duo announced their official return by Pina Records. In mid-2021 the Duo confirmed that they are on hiatus and are currently working on their solo projects.
