The Day After Hell Broke Loose is a compilation album released by Rap-a-Lot Records in conjunction with producer Bigg Time.
Production was entirely handled by Bigg Time, with famed southern hip hop producer and frequent Rap-a-Lot contributor Mike Dean providing mixing, master and drum programming for the album. [1]
The album serves as a sequel to Swishahouse's 1999 compilation The Day Hell Broke Loose, which was also produced by Bigg Tyme. As such, most of the album features songs performed by Swishahouse members such as Mike Jones, Chamillionaire and Slim Thug, though Rap-a-Lot artists such as Scarface and Devin the Dude also appear on the album. The original version of "Still Tippin'" performed by Jones, Chamillionaire and Slim Thug appeared on this album months before the remix with Paul Wall became a hit.

Allmusic's Jason Birchmeier described the album as "sort of a Houston-style Chronic , albeit one that isn't quite as well developed or thought out". He also added "you might want to check this one out, especially if you're a fan of Rap-a-Lot." [4]

Swishahouse is a Southern hip hop record label owned and founded by Michael "5000" Watts based in Houston, Texas in 1997.
Paul Michael Slayton, better known by his stage name Paul Wall, is an American rapper and DJ. He has spent much of his career affiliated with Swishahouse, and has released several albums under the label and collaborated with numerous other rappers signed to the label. He began his career performing alongside fellow Houstonian Chamillionaire, with whom he released several albums, including 2002's independently released Get Ya Mind Correct. By 2005, he was signed to Atlantic Records and became successful with his major label debut The Peoples Champ, which was followed up by Get Money, Stay True released in 2007. He has been nominated for one Grammy Award for Best Rap Performance as a Duo or Group for the song "Grillz", his collaboration with rapper Nelly.
Devin Copeland, better known by his stage name Devin the Dude, is an American rapper.
Stayve Jerome Thomas, better known by his stage name Slim Thug, is an American rapper. He gained mainstream attention for his guest performance alongside Paul Wall on Mike Jones' 2004 single "Still Tippin'." The following year, he guest appeared alongside Bun B on Beyoncé's 2005 single "Check on It", which peaked atop the Billboard Hot 100 and won an MTV Music Video Award. Capitalizing on this, he signed with Interscope Geffen A&M and the Neptunes' Star Trak Entertainment to release his debut studio album Already Platinum (2005), which peaked at number two on the Billboard 200. Furthermore, he guest appeared on Gwen Stefani's 2005 single "Luxurious", which peaked at number 21 on the Billboard Hot 100.

"Knockin' Doorz Down" is the second single off Pimp C's second album Pimpalation. It features P.O.P. & Lil Keke. In the music video, directed by Benny Mathews, the third verse is rapped by Pimp C instead of Lil Keke. Lil Flip, Mike Jones, Trae, Bun B, & J. Prince also made cameo appearances. In the song, Pimp C raps about Houston's current status. He also tries to squash altercations with T.I. for using the term 'King of the South' with his lyrics "If them niggaz come together you know how much paper we could see?". Houston hip hop artists Lil' Flip, Slim Thug, & Z-Ro are also mentioned. He also talked about how Paul Wall & Chamillionaire breaking up and going separate ways. Moreover, he raps about Lil Keke and his new album with Swishahouse. The video is given a Godfather theme. The video was not as popular as videos for songs like 'Pourin' Up', mainly because there are several displays of graphic violence. However, it was nominated for Best Video at the 2007 Ozone Magazine Awards.

He is most known for his F-Action Series Mixtape which features R&B songs Chopped and Screwed and to date has over 4,200 mixtapes and albums, both at regular speed and chopped and screwed speed.
