"The First" is the debut double A-side single by South Korean-Chinese boy band NCT Dream,the third sub-unit of the South Korean boy band NCT. It was released on February 9,2017 with "My First and Last" serving as the single's title track.
NCT's third unit,NCT Dream,consists of seven members:Mark,Renjun,Jeno,Haechan,Jaemin,Chenle,and Jisung. They debuted with the digital single "Chewing Gum" on August 24,2016. [1] [2]
On February 1,2017,NCT Dream announced that they would be releasing their first single,"The First". SM Entertainment announced that Jaemin will not be participating in this comeback due to his health problems. [3]
Described as a lively dance track with a light-hearted melody and a pounding bass,"My First and Last" served as the album's title track and was released on February 9,in both Korean and Mandarin versions. The album also includes a cover of Lee Seung-hwan's 1993 hit song "Dunk Shot". [4] [5]
The group had their first comeback stage on Mnet's M Countdown on February 9 where they performed "My First and Last" and "Dunk Shot". [6]

Glitch Mode is the second studio album by South Korean boy band NCT Dream, released on March 28, 2022, by SM Entertainment through Dreamus. Following their previous album Hot Sauce and its repackaged version Hello Future, Glitch Mode is NCT Dream's second record to feature seven members after Mark's return to the lineup and the termination of their age-based graduation system. NCT U is the first sub-unit from the South Korean boy band NCT. They debuted on 9 April 2016 with the double digital single "The 7th Sense" and "Without You" under the label SM Entertainment. The member line of NCT U is rotational, changing with each release and concept. The group's original members were Taeyong, Ten, Doyoung, Jaehyun, and Mark. NCT U is most known for their experimental nature, with their singles inspired by various genres such as trap and electro pop.
NCT Dream is the third sub-unit of the South Korean boy band NCT, formed by SM Entertainment in 2016. NCT Life is a series of Korean variety show featuring South Korean boy band NCT. Currently, it spans eleven different seasons. The title of the show is a portmanteau that combines "NCT Lifestyle" and "City Life".
NCT 2018 Empathy is the debut studio album by South Korean Boy band NCT, an unlimited group project under the management of SM Entertainment. Containing a total of fourteen tracks with twelve of which were released as singles from 2016 to 2018, the album marked the first group release with eighteen members from three different units participating at the time, while being the first release to officially introduce three new members Kun, Jungwoo and Lucas. With the group's label founder Lee Soo-man serving as the executive producer, composition and production for the album was contributed by Matt Schwartz, Tommy $trate, The Stereotypes, Timothy 'Bos' Bullock, Deez, Yoo Young-jin, Ryan S. It was released on March 14, 2018, by SM Entertainment and iriver Inc along with the album's fourth single "Touch" by the Seoul-based unit NCT 127 and "Black on Black", the first single featuring all eighteen members of the group at that time.
We Go Up is the second extended play by South Korean–Chinese boy band NCT Dream, the third and teen-aged sub-unit of the South Korean boy band NCT. Released by SM Entertainment on September 3, 2018 and distributed by iriver, the album contains five new Korean songs and a Mandarin version of the album's eponymous single, marking it their latest release to contain a Mandarin record. The extended play was the unit's first major release to feature member Jaemin since their debut single "Chewing Gum" in August 2016; following his medical hiatus since early 2017. Regular-Irregular is the first studio album by South Korean boy band NCT 127, the second sub-unit of the South Korean boy band NCT. Described as a multi-genre concept album with a total of eleven tracks, the album was released by SM Entertainment on October 12, 2018, and distributed by IRIVER. This marks NCT 127's first Korean major release in a year and four months since their previous EP, Cherry Bomb, which was released in June 2017. It is also their first release as a ten-member group since the addition of Jungwoo in September 2018. It is also the group's last release to date to feature member Winwin, as he would focus his promotions on WayV following the album's release.
