The Office Group(TOG) is a shared office space owner and operator, with over 60 locations totalling 3.2 million sq ft across the UK with the majority of its buildings in London. The buildings are operated through the Fora brand, which offers a mix of private offices that house from one person up to 2,000 people with memberships, relaxed lounge spaces, meeting rooms and event space hire.
The Office Group currently has more than 60 buildings located in London, including iconic addresses at The Shard, Chancery House [1] and several buildings in Kings Cross. Sustainable design is a core principle of The Office Group’s developments. The Black and White building is renowned for being the largest mass timber office building in London. The Office Group integrate high level energy efficiency programmes, renewable energy, rainwater harvesting, and have a focus on natural light and green spaces.
The Office Group offers a variety of workspaces: including private offices, closed door coworking areas, lounge space and meeting rooms. Members are able to use other Fora buildings and also access a range of additional benefits such as a dedicated member events programme, gym classes and exclusive discounts.
The Fora platform was created via a merger between Brockton Capital’s Fora and Blackstone's The Office Group in September 2022. [2] It now operates from more than 60 locations across London’s Zones One and Two travel districts and is London’s largest premium flexible office provider.
