Burlington County is a county in the U.S. state of New Jersey. The county is the largest in New Jersey by area. Its county seat is Mount Holly. As of the 2020 United States Census, Burlington Coounty's population was 461,860, making it the 11th-largest of the state's 21 counties, representing a 13,126 (2.9%) increase from the 448,734 residents enumerated in 2010 U.S. Census, which in turn was an increase of 25,340 (6.0%) from the 423,394 enumerated in the 2000 Census. The most populous place in the county was Evesham Township, with 45,538 residents at the time of the 2010 Census, while Washington Township covered 102.71 square miles (266.0 km2), the largest area of any municipality in Burlington County.
Route 70 is a state highway located in the U.S. state of New Jersey. It extends 59.84 mi (96.30 km) from an interchange with Route 38 in Pennsauken Township, Camden County to an intersection with Route 34 and Route 35 in Wall Township, Monmouth County. Route 70 cuts across the middle of the state as a two-lane highway through the Pine Barrens in Burlington and Ocean counties. A popular truck route, it provides access between southeast Pennsylvania and the Jersey Shore resorts, particularly Long Beach Island by way of Route 72. It is also a congested commercial route within Philadelphia's New Jersey suburbs. The western section in Cherry Hill and Marlton is a four- to eight-lane divided highway that serves as a major suburban arterial and is locally known as the Marlton Pike. The eastern section in Monmouth and Ocean counties is also a multilane divided highway that runs through suburban areas. Route 70 is officially known as the John Davison Rockefeller Memorial Highway its entire length in honor of John Davison Rockefeller.

As of the 2010 United States Census, the township's population was 22,594, reflecting an increase of 2,300 (+11.3%) from the 20,294 counted in the 2000 Census, which had in turn increased by 7,840 (+63.0%) from the 12,454 counted in the 1990 Census.
Evesham Township is a township in Burlington County, New Jersey, United States. It is a suburb of Philadelphia. As of the 2010 United States Census, the township's population was 45,538, reflecting an increase of 3,263 (+7.7%) from the 42,275 counted in the 2000 Census, which had in turn increased by 6,966 (+19.7%) from the 35,309 counted in the 1990 Census. Colloquially, the area is referred to as Marlton, the name of a community within the township.
Route 73 is a state highway in the southern part of the U.S. state of New Jersey. It runs 34.64 mi (55.75 km) as an outer bypass of the Camden area from an intersection with U.S. Route 322 (US 322) in Folsom, Atlantic County to the Tacony–Palmyra Bridge in Palmyra, Burlington County, where it continues into Philadelphia, Pennsylvania as Pennsylvania Route 73. South of the interchange with the Atlantic City Expressway in Winslow Township, Camden County, Route 73 is a two-lane undivided county-maintained road and is signed as County Route 561 Spur, a spur of CR 561. North of the Atlantic City Expressway, the route is maintained by the New Jersey Department of Transportation and is mostly four lanes, with the portion north of the CR 561 concurrency a divided highway. North of the US 30 interchange near Berlin, Route 73 runs through suburban areas of the Delaware Valley, intersecting Route 70 in Marlton, the New Jersey Turnpike and Interstate 295 (I-295) in Mount Laurel Township, Route 38 and Route 41 in Maple Shade Township, Route 90 in Cinnaminson Township, and US 130 in Pennsauken Township.
Cherokee High School is a four-year comprehensive public high school, serving students in ninth through twelfth grades as one of four high schools of the Lenape Regional High School District in Burlington County, New Jersey, United States. The communities in the district are Evesham Township, Medford Lakes, Medford, Mount Laurel Township, Shamong Township, Southampton Township, Tabernacle Township and Woodland Township. Cherokee serves students from Evesham Township. The school, located in the Marlton section of Evesham Township, has been accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools Commissions on Elementary and Secondary Schools since 1978.

Voorhees Town Center is a regional shopping mall and a residential area located in Voorhees Township, New Jersey, United States. It was built in 1970 and named after Echelon Airfield which was located where the mall stands today. The Echelon Mall was renamed Voorhees Town Center in 2007. Boscov's currently serves as the only anchor of the mall.
The Seacourt Pavilion is a regional shopping center on Hooper Avenue in Toms River, New Jersey. It is right across the street from the Ocean County Mall. The mall has a gross leasable area of 253,000 sq ft (23,500 m2).
Freehold Raceway Mall is a super-regional high-end shopping mall, located in Freehold Township, New Jersey. The mall's anchor stores are JCPenney, Macy's, and Primark with three vacant anchors last occupied by Lord & Taylor, Nordstrom and Sears. The mall is owned and managed by The Macerich Company, having purchased the mall from developer Wilmorite in 2005, and has 1,669,000 square feet (155,055 m2) of gross leasable area, making it the third largest shopping mall in New Jersey. An outdoor lifestyle addition, begun in January 2007, added 100,000 square feet (10,000 m2) of additional retail space. On November 23, 2011, the mall was ranked in a Weather Channel news article titled "The Most Congested Malls for Black Friday". Freehold Raceway Mall ranked third in the nation.

The mall has a gross leasable area of 968,820 sq ft (90,006 m2). Livingston Mall features 109 shops and is anchored by Barnes & Noble and Macy's.
The Marlton Circle was a traffic circle in the Marlton section of Evesham Township, New Jersey, located at the intersection of Route 70 and Route 73. The highways connecting through the circle provided access to drivers navigating to and between the New Jersey Turnpike, the Tacony-Palmyra Bridge and points on the Jersey Shore.
Seaview Square Mall was a shopping mall located in Ocean Township, in Monmouth County, New Jersey, United States. It has been repurposed as a power center and was renamed Seaview Square Shopping Center in 2012. The 856,000-square-foot (79,500 m2) mall, located at the intersection of Route 35 and Route 66, was originally constructed in 1977 as an indoor mall. It faced stiff competition from the more upscale Monmouth Mall, located five miles (8 km) further north on Route 35 in Eatontown. One of its four anchors never opened, and several smaller stores, and Stern's and Steinbach, two of its anchors, were victims of the then-indoor mall's then-state of decline. The mall was later redeveloped into a shopping center with Target, Costco, Burlington, Home Sense, Siera Trading, Marshalls, Home Goods, Petsmart, Starbucks, and others.
The Mills at Jersey Gardens, originally and also still colloquially called Jersey Gardens, is a two-level indoor outlet mall in Elizabeth, New Jersey. The mall opened on October 21, 1999, and is the largest outlet mall in New Jersey, and much closer to New York City than its largest outlet mall competitor, Woodbury Common.

The Grove at Shrewsbury is an upscale lifestyle center located on Route 35 in Shrewsbury, New Jersey, 1-mile (1.6 km) south of downtown Red Bank. The center opened in 1988 and has a gross leasable area of 150,000 sq ft (14,000 m2). A lifestyle center is a shopping center or mixed-used commercial development that combines the traditional retail functions of a shopping mall but with leisure amenities oriented towards upscale consumers. The Grove at Shrewsbury was developed and is managed by Metrovation.
Stafford Farm is a 100-acre farm in the Glendale section of Voorhees, New Jersey. Before English inhabitation, the land was used by the Leni Lenape Native Americans for travel. In 1773, it was originally settled by the son of John Stafford, on nearby Short Hills Farm in Cherry Hill. John Stafford was George Washington's personal guard during the American Revolutionary War. The current location of the farm, located at the busy intersection of Evesham Road and White Horse Road, has been owned by its original family—longer than any other property in Voorhees. Motorists driving by the farm and those nearby at local shopping centers across the street can see the grazing horses and cattle. In addition, Standardbred race horses can be seen trotting and pacing around a half-mile training track on clear days. There were plans to develop a shopping center on the farm's property. Development did not occur, due to the efforts made by the township, county, and state to protect the land.
