Chart performance

The DVD debuted and spent two weeks at #1 on the Australian DVD charts and has spent a total of 24 weeks in the top 40. Due to promotion of Goodrem's third album Delta in October 2007, the DVD re-entered the charts, peaking at #35. [3] The DVD re-entered again in February 2009, due to Goodrem touring with the Believe Again Tour, charting at #31. [4]

Mistaken Identity debuted at number-one on the Australian Albums Chart making it her second number-one album but the sales did not match up to her previous album Innocent Eyes (2003) which sold 4.5 million copies worldwide. The winning cover was designed by Australian graphic designer, Jacky Ho. This release became Goodrem's third consecutive #1 on the ARIA DVD Chart. On 22 July 2010 Delta was awarded an ARIA #1 Chart Award for her 'Believe Again Tour' DVD achieving number one status and sales in the past year.
