Tiar (Persian : تيار, also Romanized as Tīār; also known as Nīāl and Tiaf) [1] is a village in Chelav Rural District, in the Central District of Amol County, Mazandaran Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 88, in 33 families. [2]

Chelav Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in the Emamzadeh abdollah District of Amol County, Mazandaran Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 4,247, in 1,154 families.
