The Colorado Rockies are an American professional baseball team based in Denver. The Rockies compete in Major League Baseball (MLB) as a member club of the National League (NL) West division. The team plays its home baseball games at Coors Field,which is located in the Lower Downtown area of Denver. It is owned by the Monfort brothers and managed by Bud Black.

Michael William Hampton,Jr. is an American former professional baseball player. Hampton played in Major League Baseball (MLB) as a pitcher from 1993 through 2010. He pitched for the Seattle Mariners,Houston Astros,New York Mets,Colorado Rockies,Atlanta Braves and Arizona Diamondbacks. He was the bullpen coach for the Mariners before resigning on July 9,2017.

Benjamin Wayne Petrick is a former Major League Baseball player. A native of Oregon,he grew up in Hillsboro,Oregon,in the Portland metropolitan area. After reaching the Majors,he was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease and retired in 2004,returning to Hillsboro to coach at his old high school. As of 2013 he has been a consultant for the Hillsboro Hops,a minor-league affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks,helping the team's young players acclimatize to life as a professional baseball player.
