Thomas Frevert (born November 24, 1986) is a former American football placekicker. He played college football at Northwest Missouri State. He has been a member of the Kansas City Renegades, Oklahoma Defenders, Salina Bombers and Philadelphia Soul.
Frevert played football, soccer, basketball and tennis at Lee's Summit North High School in Lee's Summit, Missouri. [1] He was a Missouri All-Star in soccer his senior year. [2]
Frevert played for the Northwest Missouri State Bearcats of Northwest Missouri State University from to 2005 to 2008. [3] The Bearcats advanced to the NCAA Division II Football Championship each year of Frevert's college career but lost all four times. [4] On December 10, 2006, he converted four field goals in a 33–3 win against Bloomsburg in the semifinals of the Division II playoffs, tying a record for most field goals in a Division II playoff game. [5] He earned First Team All-MIAA honors his junior season in 2007 and Honorable Mention All-MIAA honors his senior season in 2008. [6] [7] He played in 59 games for the Bearcats, converting 41 field goals and over 260 extra points. [8] [a] He graduated from Northwest Missouri State with a bachelor's degree in biological psychology. [1]
Frevert went undrafted in the 2009 NFL draft. [14]
Frevert signed with the Kansas City Renegades of the Champions Professional Indoor Football League (CPIFL) on March 28, 2013, and played for the team during the 2013 season, converting 31 of 35 extra points and 5 of 16 field goals. [15] [16] [17]
In November 2013, Frevert was signed by the Oklahoma Defenders of the CPIFL. [18] He played for the team during the 2014 season and earned Second Team All-CPIFL honors. [19] [20] He was named the CPIFL Special Teams Player of the Week for Week 6 after converting five of five field goals and eight of eight extra points in a 73–61 win over the Lincoln Haymakers, setting a league record for most points by a kicker with 23 and tying a league record with five field goals. Frevert signed with the Salina Bombers of Champions Indoor Football (CIF) for the 2015 season. [24] [25] He played in 6 games for the Bombers in 2015, converting 24 of 33 extra points and 7 of 16 field goals. [26] He was also named the CIF Special Teams Player of the Week for Week 4 after converting four field goals against the Sioux City Bandits, the longest of which was 58 yards. [27] [28] [29]
On April 1, 2015, Frevert was assigned to the Philadelphia Soul of the Arena Football League (AFL) after Soul kicker Carlos Martínez suffered an injury in the first game of the season on March 29. [8] [30] Frevert played in 17 games for the Soul in 2015, converting 124 of 137 extra points and 4 of 8 field goals. [31] He earned First Team All-Arena and AFL Kicker of the Year honors. [32] He had a workout with the New York Jets of the National Football League in November 2015. [33] Frevert played in 15 games in 2016, converting 118 of 129 extra points and 2 of 2 field goals. [34] He garnered First Team All-Arena and AFL Kicker of the Year honors for the second year in a row. [35] In the American Conference Championship Game against the Jacksonville Sharks, he recovered a kickoff off the rebound net, converted seven of seven extra points, and had two successful onside kick attempts. He was then named the AFL Playmaker of the Week for the Conference Championship Round of the playoffs. [36] The Soul also won ArenaBowl XXIX against the Arizona Rattlers by a score of 56–42. [37]
In 2012, Frevert graduated from Rockhurst University with a doctorate of physical therapy and now works as a physical therapist. [1]

John Thomas O'Sullivan is an American former professional football player who was a quarterback for nine seasons in the National Football League (NFL), two seasons in NFL Europe and one season in the Canadian Football League (CFL). He played college football for the UC Davis Aggies of the University of California, Davis, where he was a three-year starter and threw for career totals of 10,745 yards and 96 touchdowns. He was named a first-team All-American in 2000 and a second-team All-American in 2001. He was inducted into the Cal Aggie Athletics Hall of Fame in 2008.
José Anibal Laureano Colón is a Puerto Rican professional wrestler and manager. He is better known by his ring name, Chicky Starr. He is best known for his work in the World Wrestling Council (WWC) and International Wrestling Association (IWA) of Puerto Rico. Ben Edwards is an American former professional football wide receiver who played for the New York Giants of the National Football League (NFL). He played football and basketball at York High School in Yorktown, Virginia. He played college football at Richmond for four years. Edwards earned first-team All-CAA honors in 2012 after leading the CAA in receptions with 80. He was also named first-team All-CAA his senior year in 2013. After going undrafted in the 2014 NFL draft, Edwards remained unsigned until being signed by the Giants in May 2015. He played in two games for the Giants in 2015, catching one pass for nine yards. He spent the entire 2016 season on injured reserve and became a free agent afterwards.

Gregory Brian Mancz is an American professional football offensive lineman who played in the National Football League (NFL) from 2015 to 2022, primarily with the Houston Texans. He was lightly recruited out of high school in 2010 and ended up playing college football for the Toledo Rockets of the University of Toledo, where he was a four-year starter at several positions along the offensive line. He earned various All-American and All-Mid-American Conference (MAC) honors during his college career. His senior season in 2014, he won the Vern Smith Leadership Award, which is given to the best player in the MAC. Mancz went undrafted in the 2015 NFL draft and signed with the Texans shortly thereafter.
Jordan Cornell Williams is an American former professional football linebacker who played for the Miami Dolphins and New York Giants of the National Football League (NFL). He played his senior season of high school football at Gainesville High School in Gainesville, Florida, and played college football at Tennessee for four years. Williams played in 44 games, of which he started 21, during his college career, recording 66 tackles and 6.5 sacks. After going undrafted in the 2015 NFL draft, he signed with the New York Jets and spent time on the team's practice squad before being released in September 2015. He was then signed by the Dolphins, where he spent time on both the practice squad and active roster from 2015 to 2016. Williams played in one game for the Dolphins. He was on the Giants' practice squad, active roster, and injured reserve from 2016 to 2018, and appeared in one game for them as well. He joined the Tennessee Titans in 2019 but spent the entire season on injured reserve, and was released in 2020.
Connor Hamlett is an American former professional football tight end who played for the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League (NFL). He lettered in football, basketball and track at Meadowdale High School in Lynnwood, Washington, where he earned All-State honors in football his senior year. He played college football at Oregon State, recording career totals of 104 receptions for 1,109 yards and 10 touchdowns. He finished third in school history in receptions for a tight end and fifth in receiving yards for a tight end. He was named Pac-12 All-Academic second-team his junior season in 2013 and Pac-12 All-Academic first-team his senior season in 2014. Hamlett signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars after going undrafted in the 2015 NFL draft, but was waived before the start of the 2015 season. He then had short stints on the practice squad of the Philadelphia Eagles and New Orleans Saints before being signed to the Browns' practice squad in December 2015. He played in three games, starting two, for the Browns in 2016, and caught one pass for a 17-yard touchdown. Hamlett was also a preseason member of the Dallas Cowboys in 2017 but suffered an injury and was released before the start of the 2017 season. He later played for the Arizona Hotshots of the Alliance of American Football in 2019 and the Seattle Dragons of the XFL in 2020.
Steven Longa is a Cameroonian-American former professional football linebacker who played for the Detroit Lions of the National Football League (NFL). He played high school football at Saddle Brook High School in Saddle Brook, New Jersey, where he earned All-State honors his senior year. He played college football at Rutgers, where he was a three-year letterman. In 2013, Longa was named a Freshman All-American after leading NCAA Division I in tackles by a freshman with 123. He was named third-team All-Big Ten Conference in 2015. He started 37 games during his college career and recorded 342 tackles, which was the third most in school history. Longa forwent his final year of college eligibility to enter the 2016 NFL draft. After going undrafted, he signed with the Seattle Seahawks. He was released by the Seahawks before the start of the 2016 season and was then signed by the Lions, with whom he played for until 2019. Longa was primarily a special teams player during his NFL career; 493 of his 561 careers snaps were on special teams.
Trevor Williams is an American former professional football cornerback who played for the San Diego / Los Angeles Chargers, Arizona Cardinals, and Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League (NFL). He played high school football at Calvert Hall College High School in Towson, Maryland, where he was a two-year letterman and two-year team captain. He was named first-team All-State his senior year in 2011. Williams played college football at Penn State for four years. He was named honorable mention All-Big Ten Conference in 2014 and 2015. He played in 49 games during his college career, recording 84 tackles and five interceptions. After going undrafted in the 2016 NFL draft, he signed with the Chargers. He started 15 games for the Chargers in 2017 due to a season-ending injury to Jason Verrett. Despite being graded by Pro Football Focus as the 10th highest performing cornerback of the 2017 season, Williams was later benched in 2018 and struggled with injuries before being released by the Chargers in October 2019. He then went on to play two games for the Cardinals in 2019 and two games for the Eagles in 2020. He was also a member of the practice squads of the Jacksonville Jaguars and Pittsburgh Steelers in 2020 but did not appear in any games for either team.
