106.5 Top Gun Radio (106.5 FM) is a radio station owned by Rizal Memorial Colleges Broadcasting Corporation and operated by Zabala Mass Media Broadcasting Services. Its studios and transmitters are located at Lower Aurora, corner Gensan Drive, Koronadal. [1]
The station was formerly owned by Iddes Broadcast Group and operated by KAPA Media and Marketing Network. At that time, it was broadcasting as Jack Radio at 90.5 FM from October 28, 2018 to June 13, 2019, when it went off the air. It returned on air on August 19, 2019, this time without involvement of KAPA Media. In September 2019, the station went off the air again after Ryan Zabala, through Zabala Mass Media Broadcasting Services, acquired the station from Iddes. [2]
On December 1, 2019, the station was launched as Top Gun Radio and relocated its frequency to 90.5 FM. Last August 1, 2020, the station went off the air after it was given a cease and desist order from the NTC Region 12 for broadcasting without a provisional authority. Prior to that, it was able to obtain a business permit from the local government. [3] [4]
On September 1, 2020, the station returned on air, this time on 106.5 FM.

The Millennium Transmitter is a 720 ft (219.5 m) tall mast owned by ABS-CBN Corporation and operated by Advanced Media Broadcasting System located at the ABS-CBN Broadcasting Center, Mother Ignacia Street corner Sgt. Esguerra Avenue, Barangay South Triangle, Quezon City. Since September 13, 2022, the transmitter is being used by AMBS to serve as the platform for television transmission of ALLTV on analog Channel 2 and digital Channel 16. ABS-CBN Sports and Action, was a free-to-air television network based in Quezon City. It was owned by ABS-CBN Corporation with some of its programs produced and licensed by ABS-CBN Sports. In Metro Manila, Sports + Action broadcast terrestrially and through DTT through DWAC-TV, the frequency once used by the defunct national television network Studio 23 until its closure on January 16, 2014, with most of its UHF affiliate stations in the provinces owned by AMCARA Broadcasting Network. It began its operations on January 18, 2014, yet it did not become the company's sole channel for sports until the shutdown of subscription-based counterpart Balls by the end of 2015. The renewal of the congressional franchise of the Philippine media network ABS-CBN to continue broadcasting was a dispute between the administration of President Rodrigo Duterte and the media conglomerate arising on the terms and conditions of the franchise renewal agreement. Amid the controversy, the Congress of the Philippines, country's legislature, was unable to renew the franchise before its expiration date. The congressional franchise expired on May 4, 2020, as the Philippines was dealing with the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic and the enhanced community quarantine in Luzon. The next day, exercising constitutional powers, the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) then issued a cease-and-desist order demanding ABS-CBN to cease all of its free TV and radio broadcasting immediately. ABS-CBN complied with the government order and shut down all of its radio stations and free television channels later that day. On June 30, 2020, the NTC released two alias cease-and-desist orders against ABS-CBN TV Plus and Sky Direct.
