Trilegal (founded in 2000) is a law firm based in India. It has over 300 lawyers across four offices in Bangalore, Mumbai, New Delhi and Gurgaon. [1] The firm provides services in areas of real estate, infrastructure, energy, technology and IT enabled services, M&A, capital markets, private equity, capital funds, corporate and commercial disputes, intellectual property, competition law and banking.

In the year 2007, Trilegal along with Linklaters advised Vodafone in relation to its multi-billion dollar ($11.1 billion [2] ) acquisition of a 67% stake in Hutchison Essar Ltd., a leading telecom company in India [3] which is still one of the biggest M&A transactions in India. [2]

In early 2008, Trilegal announced that it had entered into a non-financial relationship with Allen & Overy entailing client referrals, training, consultation and joint marketing in India, which was terminated in 2012. [4] [5]

Bharti Airtel Indian multinational telecommunications company

Bharti Airtel Limited, also known as Airtel, is an Indian multinational telecommunications services company based in New Delhi, India. It operates in 18 countries across South Asia and Africa, as well as the Channel Islands. Airtel provides 2G, 4G LTE, 4G+ mobile services, fixed line broadband and voice services depending upon the country of operation. Hutchison Asia Telecom Group or HAT, is a division of Hong Kong-based multinational conglomerate CK Hutchison Holdings. The division provides telecommunications services to several Asian countries. The division was formerly incorporated as Hutchison Telecommunications International Limited, known as Hutchison Telecom or HTIL in short. It was an offshore company in the Cayman Islands and a listed company in the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. It operates GSM, 3G and 4G mobile telecommunications services in Indonesia, Sri Lanka and Vietnam under brands 3, Hutch and Vietnamobile.
