The Tunisia national football team represents Tunisia in men's international association football. The team is a member of both FIFA and CAF, the Confederation of African Football. It is governed by the Tunisian Football Federation, founded in 1957. Colloquially known as the Eagles of Carthage, the team's colours are red and white, and the bald eagle is its symbol. Most of Tunisia's home matches are played at the Hammadi Agrebi Stadium in Radès since 2001.
The Mali national football team represents Mali in men's international football and is governed by the Malian Football Federation. The team's nickname is Les Aigles. They represent the country at tournaments organized by both FIFA and the Confederation of African Football (CAF).

Hammadi Agrebi Stadium, opened as 7 November Stadium, is a multi-purpose stadium located in the sports city of Radès, located in Radès, in the southern suburb of the city Tunis. The 2017 Women's Africa Cup Sevens was a women's rugby sevens tournament held in Monastir, Tunisia on 16–17 September 2017. This tournament served as a qualifier for two tournaments, only the winner qualifies for next years 2018 Rugby World Cup Sevens, whereas the top two teams qualify for the 2018 Commonwealth Games which will also be held the following year.
The 2019 African Beach Games were the inaugural edition of the international beach sports competition between the nations of Africa, organised by the Association of National Olympic Committees of Africa (ANOCA). The first Games were held on the island of Sal, Cape Verde in June 2019.
Tunisia have participated in the Africa Cup of Nations 21 times, and hold the record for the highest number of consecutive participations, with sixteen between 1994 and 2023. Tunisia's first AFCON appearance was in 1962, where they took third place by defeating Uganda 3–0; only four countries participated in this edition. In the 1965 edition, Tunisia were allowed to host the competition and reached the final, losing to Ghana 2–3 after extra time.

Zaineb Sghaier is a Tunisian freestyle wrestler. She is a four-time medalist, including two gold medals, at the African Wrestling Championships. She also represented Tunisia at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan.
