Undibacterium oligocarboniphilum is a Gram-negative, oxidase positive, catalase positive, flagellated, rod-shaped bacterium of the genus Undibacterium which was isolated from purified water. [3] [4] Its 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis has shown that it belongs to the family Oxalobacteraceae. [3]
Mycobacterium aubagnense is a species of the phylum Actinobacteria, belonging to the genus Mycobacterium.
Mycobacterium austroafricanum is a species of the phylum Actinobacteria, belonging to the genus Mycobacterium.
Mycobacterium bolletii is a bacterial species of the phylum Actinobacteria and the genus Mycobacterium. It was named in honor of Claude Bollet, a famous clinical microbiologist and taxonomist.
Mycobacterium botniense is a slowly growing Mycobacterium, which produces a yellow pigment. It was first isolated from a stream of water. M. botniense is most closely related to Mycobacterium xenopi. Etymology: botniense; of Botnia, referring to the Latin name of the province of Finland from which the isolation was made.
Mycobacterium brisbanense is a member of the Mycobacterium fortuitum third biovariant complex. They are rapidly growing ubiquitous environmental organisms that normally inhabit soil, dust and water. These organisms frequently are human pathogens that cause a wide spectrum of clinically significant disease. It is important for practitioners to be aware of these organisms as possible etiological agents, as they are resistant to most first-line anti-tuberculous agents.
Mycobacterium brumae is a rapidly growing environmental mycobacterial species identified in 1993. Aside from one 2004 report of a catheter related bloodstream infection no other infections by this organism have been reported. It was first isolated from water, soil and one human sputum sample in Spain.
Mycobacterium conceptionense is a non pigmented rapidly growing mycobacterium was first isolated from wound liquid outflow, bone tissue biopsy, and excised skin tissue from a 31-year-old woman who suffered an accidental open right tibia fracture and prolonged stay in a river. Etymology: conceptionense, pertaining to Hôpital de la Conception, the hospital where the first strain was isolated.
Mycobacterium heckeshornense is a species of the phylum Actinobacteria, belonging to the genus Mycobacterium.
Mycobacterium malmoense is a Gram-positive bacterium from the genus Mycobacterium.
Mycobacterium murale

Undibacterium parvum is a Gram-negative, rod-shaped, oxidase positive, non-spore-forming, and low nutrient-loving bacterium of the genus Undibacterium and family Oxalobacteraceae which was found in drinking water.
Undibacterium pigrum is a Gram-negative, rod-shaped, oxidase positive, non-spore-forming, and nonmotile bacterium of the genus Undibacterium, which was found in drinking water.

Cupriavidus pauculus is a Gram-negative, nonfermentative, motile bacterium of the genus Cupriavidus and family Burkholderiaceae isolated from water from ultrafiltration systems and bottled mineral water. C. pauculus is associated with human infections.
Achromobacter spanius is a Gram-negative, oxidase- and catalase-positive, rod-shaped bacterium from the genus Achromobacter isolated from various human clinical samples.
Afipia birgiae is a species in the Afipia bacterial genus. It is a gram-negative, oxidase-positive rod in the alpha-2 subgroup of the class Proteobacteria. It is motile by means of a single flagellum. Its type strain is 34632T.
Pseudoxanthomonas japonensis is a species of mesophilic, motile, strictly aerobic, Gram-negative, non-spore-forming, rod-shaped bacteria with one polar flagellum, first isolated from human urine, riverside urban soil and anaerobic digester. 12-3T is the type strain.
Gulosibacter chungangensis is a Gram-positive, strictly aerobic and non-spore-forming bacterium from the genus of Gulosibacter which has been isolated from marine sediments from the Yellow Sea in Korea.
Undibacterium amnicola is a Gram-negative, strictly aerobic and motile bacterium from the genus of Undibacterium which has been isolated from wather from the Funglin Stream in Taiwan.
