The University of Perpetual Help System DALTA - Calamba Campus (UPHSD Calamba), or simply Perpetual (colloquially Perps Calamba) is a private, non-sectarian educational institution run by the DALTA Group of Companies, headed by Dr./BGen Antonio "Tony" Laperal Tamayo, and is part of the larger University of Perpetual Help System.

It was founded in 1996 with an initial enrollment figure of 360.
