"Searching" is the fourth single from the album Elegantly Wasted by INXS. It was never officially released although scheduled for the UK market. The song was written by Michael Hutchence and Andrew Farriss and recorded by the band in Dublin during the summer of 1996. It is also the final single to feature original lead vocalist Michael Hutchence, who died two months after the song was released.

Hendrik "Henk" Weerink was a Dutch association football referee. He refereed between 1967 and 1983 for more than 450 matches in national and international matches. He was born in Coevorden, Drenthe.

Henk Grim is a Dutch former professional footballer who played for De Treffers, NEC, Den Bosch and AZ, as a striker. After retiring as a player, he later worked as a scout, working at NEC between 1997 and 2012, rising to become head scout. He became head scout at De Treffers in 2015, combining that position with a role at German club FC St. Pauli.
