For Bitter or Worse is the sixth studio album from the Dutch singer Anouk. The album was released on September 18, 2009, via the record label EMI. [1]

Anouk Teeuwe, professionally known by the mononym Anouk, is a Dutch singer-songwriter. After her breakthrough in 1997 with the single "Nobody's Wife", she had numerous hit singles in the Dutch and Belgian charts, such as "R U Kiddin' Me", "Michel", "Girl", "Lost", "Modern World", "Three Days in a Row", and "Woman".

The first single from the album, "Three Days in a Row" was released in August. It reached the top of the Netherlands charts in September 2009, making it Anouk's first number one in the country. In June of the same year, one of the songs recorded for the album, "Today", was released as promo material. It was so successful that, despite never being released as an official single, the song reached number 50 in the Dutch chart. The second single Woman, was sent to radio stations at the end of October 2009. After just one day the single was at number one on airplay chart. The single was released physically on 24 November 2009.

"Three Days in a Row" is the first official single of Anouk's sixth album For Bitter or Worse. It was released in August 2009. The song was written by Anouk, Martin Gjerstad and Tore Johansson. The song reached the peak position in both the Dutch Top 40 and the Mega Single Top 100. It also reached the number-one position in the 3FM Megatop 50 and stayed there for five weeks. In Flanders, the song reached the 19th position in the Ultratop 50.

Charting and sales

For Bitter or Worse debuted at number one on the Dutch Hot 100 after only two days of release and was certified platinum with sales of over 60,000 copies.

On November 17, 2009, it was announced that For Bitter or Worse had reached double Platinum status in the Netherlands with sales of over 120,000.

Tour

Before the release of the album, Anouk announced that she would tour in November and December to promote the album. Thus far only dates in the Netherlands and Belgium have been announced.

Glory Days is the fourth studio album by British girl group Little Mix. It was released on 18 November 2016, by Syco Music and Columbia Records. The album was preceded by the UK number-one single "Shout Out to My Ex", released a month before. The single later won the Best British Single award at the 2017 BRIT Awards. The album debuted at number one on the UK Albums Chart and stayed there for four weeks; it later became their first album to yield more than two top ten singles when the fourth single, "Power", reached number six on the UK Singles Chart.
