Veliki Rakitovec (pronounced  [ˈʋeːliki ɾaˈkiːtɔʋəts] ; German : Großrakitowitz [2] ) is a small settlement of a few farms in the hills south of the Tuhinj Valley in the Municipality of Kamnik in the Upper Carniola region of Slovenia.

German language West Germanic language

German is a West Germanic language that is mainly spoken in Central Europe. It is the most widely spoken and official or co-official language in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, South Tyrol (Italy), the German-speaking Community of Belgium, and Liechtenstein.
