Geography

Vijayapuri South is situated amidst Rayavaram Reserved Forest and to the northwest of the mandal headquarters, Macherla, [5] at 16°18′54″N79°54′43″E / 16.315°N 79.912°E / 16.315; 79.912 . It is spread over an area of 4,704 ha (11,620 acres). [2]
