Vinay Kumar [1] is an Indian politician,social worker,incumbent Member of Legislative Assembly for Sri Renukaji Assembly constituency [2] and ongoing deputy speaker of the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly and Former Chief Parliamentary Secretary of the Government of Himachal Pradesh. [3] [4] He is also serving as Working president of Himachal Pradesh Congress Committee. [5]
Vinay Kumar was born in a agriculturist family in Vill.Maina Bagh,Sri Renukaji Assembly constituency Sirmaur district Himachal Pradesh,the son of former Six term M.L.A. Late Dr.Prem Singh from Shri Renuka Ji and Vidya Devi. He pursued his schooling from Bishop Cotton School Shimla. In his schooling,Kumar was very active in sports.His excellence in Marathon races resulted in registering his name on the Honour Board of The Bishop Cotton School for three times.Kumar is married to Seema Bhushan,and is blessed with a son and a daughter.
