Visakhapatnam North is a constituency in Visakhapatnam district of Andhra Pradesh that elects representatives to the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly in India. ^[1] It is one of the seven assembly segments of the Visakhapatnam Lok Sabha constituency. ^[2]

The MLA position of the constituency lies vacant now since the resignation of the MLA, Ganta Srinivasa Rao has been accepted by the Speaker of the state's Legislative Assembly. ^[3] As of 2019, there are a total of 280,151 electors in the constituency. ^{[4] [ needs update ]} The constituency was established in 2008, as per the Delimitation Orders (2008).
