Vista is a community in Manitoba. It is located in the Rural Municipality of Rossburn. Home of Regina Pats prospect Mackenzie Belinski who also went first Overall in The 2015 MJHL Draft. Vista is also home to The highly touted prospect Cole Muir who is also drafted by the Regina Pats. His MJHL rights belong with the Waywayseecappo Wolverines

The Rural Municipality of Rossburn is a former rural municipality (RM) in the Canadian province of Manitoba. It was originally incorporated as a rural municipality on December 22, 1883. It ceased on January 1, 2015 as a result of its provincially mandated amalgamation with the Town of Rossburn to form the Rossburn Municipality.

Regina Pats ice hockey team of Regina, Saskatchewan in Canada

The Regina Pats are a junior ice hockey team that plays in the Western Hockey League. The Pats are based out of Regina, Saskatchewan and the Brandt Centre is their home arena. The Regina Pats are the oldest major junior hockey franchise in the world that have continuously operated from their original location and use the same name. They began operations in 1917. They were originally named the Regina Patricia Hockey Club, after Princess Patricia of Connaught, the granddaughter of Queen Victoria and daughter of the Governor General. The team name was also associated with the Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry, named for the same Princess, to the point that Pats sweaters still bear the regimental badge and "PPCLI" flash as a shoulder patch. In 2017 the club celebrated its 100th anniversary. Games are broadcast on 620 CKRM radio.

The Flin Flon Bombers are a junior ice hockey team and current member of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League (SJHL), and are based in Flin Flon, Manitoba, Canada. Their home rink is the Whitney Forum. Radio station CFAR live broadcasts a select number of home and away games throughout the year, as well as all playoff games.

The Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League is a Junior A ice hockey league under Hockey Canada, a part of the Canadian Junior Hockey League. Open to North American-born players 20 years of age or younger, the SJHL's 12 teams play in three divisions: the Olympic Buildings, Sherwood and Viterra Divisions. A major attraction in Saskatchewan, the SJHL draws 400,000 fans each season. The winner of the SJHL playoffs continues on to play in the ANAVET Cup against the champion from the MJHL, for the right to represent the Western region at the National Junior A Championship.

The Waywayseecappo First Nation is a First Nations band government whose reserve is located twenty miles east of Russell in Manitoba, Canada. The First Nation's reserve is 10,059 hectare and is located near the southwestern corner of the Riding Mountain National Park. It is bordered by the Rural Municipality of Rossburn and the Rural Municipality of Silver Creek. The First Nation also hold interest together with 32 other First Nations on the 37.1 hectare Treaty Four Reserve Grounds , located adjacent to Fort Qu'Appelle. Its population was 1,219 in 2011. They are home of the MJHL team Waywayseecappo Wolverines. There are various business located in the Birdtail valley near PTH 45, such as a gas station, RCMP station, food mart, gaming centre, health centre, daycare, and community arena complex. And as of April 1, 2014, the RMCP was no longer in the community, being replaced by the Dakota Ojibway Police Services.

Halfway Pond a 232-acre (0.94 km2) warm water pond located in Plymouth, Massachusetts between Myles Standish State Forest and Long Pond, west of Round Pond, southwest of Gallows Pond, and north of Fawn Pond and White Island Pond. 2018 Memorial Cup

The 2018 Memorial Cup was a four-team, round-robin format tournament that was held at the Brandt Centre in Regina, Saskatchewan from May 18–27, 2018. It was the 100th Memorial Cup championship and determined the champion of the Canadian Hockey League (CHL). The tournament was hosted by the Regina Pats, who won the right to host the tournament over the Hamilton Bulldogs and the Oshawa Generals. The Acadie–Bathurst Titan won their first Memorial Cup, defeating the host Regina Pats 3–0.

Jesse Gabrielle is a Canadian professional ice hockey left winger currently playing for the Wichita Thunder of the ECHL as a prospect to the Boston Bruins of the National Hockey League. Gabrielle was selected by the Bruins in the fourth round of the 2015 NHL Entry Draft.
