Vivek Vihar is one of 3 subdivisions of Delhi's Shahdara district, [1] as well as a small neighbourhood in that subdivision located beside just besides the outer ring road near the Uttar Pradesh border. [2] [3]

Vivek Vihar colony

Vivek Vihar is one of the most premier localities of Shahdara and primarily consists of residential developments dominated by builder floors and independent houses. The locality is horizontal in nature and comprises low-rise establishments. It is systematically laid-out and has been divided into 4 blocks - blocks A to D. The area is close to other important areas of eastern Delhi such as such Anand Vihar, Jhilmil Colony, Surajmal Vihar, Vishwas Nagar, Bihari Colony, Teliwara and Bhola Nath Nagar. [2] [6] The Hanuman Balaji temple, located on Unnati Marg, is a major religious attraction. It was established in the year 1998. [7]

Loni is a town, near Ghaziabad city in Ghaziabad district in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India and Loni town is governed by Loni Municipal Council which comes under Ghaziabad Metropolitan Region.

Dilshad Garden is a large housing colony located in East Delhi, which was primarily developed by Delhi Development Authority. The area Situated near Apsara border or Shahdara border which is one of the main border of Delhi which Separates Jurisdiction of NCT of Delhi and Uttar pradesh. Dilshad Garden falls under the both Shahdara and Seemapuri constituency of the legislative assembly. Thus, a part of Dilshad Garden falls under MLA of Seemapuri Vidhansabha Shri Rajender Pal Gautam and its other part falls under the MLA of Shahdara Vidhansabha Shri Ram Niwas Goyal.

Kabir Nagar is a borough of the town of Babar Pur in North East Delhi district, Delhi, India. Kabir Nagar is known for jeans stitching work, which began in the 1990s. There are many small jeans manufacturing units. Kabir Nagar is a part of the Babarpur constituency and currently the incumbent MLA is Gopal Ray.

It is also connected to Mayur Vihar Pocket-II, Trilokpuri and Kalyanpuri by cycle-rickshaws and e-rickshaws. The Pink Line station of MV-1 is the tallest metro station of Delhi Metro with platforms at a height of 22 meters. As of October 2023, it has the fastest growing ridership on the network, with its daily footfall increasing by 163% relative to October 2019.

The Kalkaji Mandir metro station is an interchange station between the Violet Line and the Magenta Line of Delhi Metro. Pandav Nagar is a residential colony in East Delhi, India. The back side of the colony is across the road from the famous Akshardham Temple. The majority of the people are Hindus or Sikhs. Languages spoken are Hindi and Punjabi.

The Delhi Metro is a mass rapid transit (MRT) system serving Delhi and its adjoining satellite cities such as Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Gurugram, Noida and Bahadurgarh, in the National Capital Region of India. The Delhi Metro network consists of 10 colour-coded lines serving 256 stations with a total length of 350.42 kilometres (217.74 mi). It is the largest and busiest metro rail system in India, and the second oldest after the Kolkata Metro. The system has a mix of underground, at-grade, and elevated stations using both broad-gauge and standard-gauge tracks. The Delhi Metro operates over 4,300 trips daily.

Jangpura is a neighbourhood in South East Delhi district of Delhi. Beginning from the east and moving clockwise, it is bordered by the Mathura Road, Ring Railway line, Silver Oak Park beyond the Defence Colony Flyover, and the Barapulla Nullah. It encompasses the residential areas of Jangpura A and B on either side of the Mathura Road, Jangpura (Bhogal) extending west from the Mathura Road until Jangpura Extension, which in turn extends along the northern side of the Ring Railway line to the east side of the Defence Colony Flyover on Josip Broz Tito Marg. The small colony of Pant Nagar along the Barapulla Nullah is contiguous with Jangpura Extension.

Mayur Vihar Phase-3 is the third phase of the Mayur Vihar residential area in East Delhi. It lies in Kondli constituency close to the Noida border on one side and New Kondli and Gharoli on the other. It lies adjacent to Vasundhara Enclave, another prominent residential area of East Delhi. It lies on the eastern border of Delhi and shares Border of Uttar Pradesh with Noida as well as Khora Colony, a cluster of urban settlements bordering Ghaziabad. The Pincode of this area is 110096.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Delhi Shahdara Junction railway station</span> Railway station in Delhi, India

Delhi Shahdara Junction railway station is a railway station in the Shahdara district of Delhi. Its three letter station code is DSA. It is located on the Sahibabad Junction-Delhi Junction branch of the Delhi-Howrah main line. The station was opened in 1907 as part of the Shahdara–Saharanpur light railway built by Martin's Light Railways, which connected the station to Saharanpur in UP. It was closed in 1970 and reopened a few years later after the line was converted to broad gauge.
