Voltage DC is the eponymous second studio album by Puerto Rican reggaeton performer Voltio, released on December 27, 2005, by Sony BMG and White Lion.
Released roughly a year after his first solo album Voltage AC , Voltio charted and sold well, partly due to the successful single "Chulin Culin Chunfly", a collaboration with famous reggaeton performer Residente of Calle 13. It sold 4,020 copies in its first week, debuting at number twenty on the Billboard Latin Albums chart. [2]
Released in 2005, at a time that reggaeton was making a major breakthrough into the mainstream audience, the album charted well, peaking in the top 20 at number 17 on the United States Billboard Top Latin Albums chart and at number 15 on the Top Heatseekers chart. The album was also successful enough to cross genres and to chart on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart, peaking at number 98.

Martha Ivelisse Pesante Rodríguez, known professionally as Ivy Queen, is a Puerto Rican singer, rapper, songwriter, and actress. She is often considered one of the pioneers of the reggaeton genre, commonly referred to as the Queen of Reggaeton.

White Lion Records is a reggaeton, Latin Music, Latín reggae and urbano record label established by Elías de León with the release of the album No Mercy by Daddy Yankee in 1995. The label would temporarily change its name to 'Boricua Guerrero' from 1996-2001 until reestablishing as White Lion Records with the releases of Maicol y Manuel's "Como En Los Tiempos De Antes" and the compilation "Planet Reggae" in 2002. "El Mellao" is the first single by Puerto Rican reggaeton performer Voltio, released in September 2007 by Sony BMG. The female voice has not been revealed on the album printing. The remix features reggaeton artists Ñejo & Dalmata.
Talento de Barrio is a soundtrack album to the film of the same name starring Puerto Rican reggaeton singer-songwriter Daddy Yankee, who also performs the songs on the album. It was released on August 12, 2008 by Machete Music and El Cartel Records, to accompany the motion picture Talento de Barrio. The album was mainly produced by reggaeton producers Eli El Musicólogo and Menes. The album also received a Latin double platinum certification by the RIAA with an excess of 200,000 copies and sold more than 1,000,000 copies worldwide.
"Chulin Culin Chunfly" is the third single by Puerto Rican reggaeton performer Voltio, from his eponymous second studio album, Voltio. It was released on January 30, 2006, by Sony BMG and White Lion. The album version features Residente of Calle 13. The remix features Residente Calle 13. The music video features Voltio and Residente Calle 13 in various scenes inspired from movies.
José Fernando Suárez, known professionally as Cosculluela, is a Puerto Rican singer, rapper and songwriter. In 2018, he was caught up in a controversy after fellow Puerto Rican rapper Anuel AA released a diss track.

René Pérez Joglar, known professionally as Residente, is a Puerto Rican rapper, singer, writer, and filmmaker who is best known as one of the founders of the Puerto Rican alternative rap group Calle 13. He released five albums with Calle 13 before announcing his solo career in 2015. Residente released his debut solo album in 2017. He has won four Grammy Awards and 27 Latin Grammy Awards—more than any other Latin artist. Residente has also delved into producing documentaries including Sin Mapa (2009) and Residente (2017) and has directed some of his own music videos.
