WOW Worship: Blue was the first album in the WOW Worship series of compilation albums. It reached #70 on the Billboard 200 chart in 1999, and #1 on the Top Contemporary Christian chart. In the following year it reached #144 on the Billboard 200, and #2 on the Top Contemporary Christian chart. [2] The album was certified as double platinum in the United States in 2001 by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). [3] In Canada the album was certified as platinum in 2002 by the Canadian Recording Industry Association (CRIA). [4]

Contents

This album was known simply as WOW Worship when first released. Albums in this series were not known by their cover colors until the release of WOW Worship: Green in 2001.

The 2007 multi-platinum special reissue included a third bonus CD with eleven songs.

It was written by Michael Card and John Thompson, using direct quotes from scripture as their inspiration, and recorded by Card on his 1981 debut album, Legacy. WOW 1999 is a compilation album of 30 contemporary Christian music hits that was released on October 20, 1998. It also featured three bonus tracks from new artists. WOW 1999 peaked at the 51st position on the Billboard 200 chart in 1998, and 2nd place on the Top Contemporary Christian album chart. In 2000 it reached No. 21 on the Top Contemporary Christian chart. The album was certified as double platinum in the year 2000 by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). It was certified as gold in Canada in 1999 by the Canadian Recording Industry Association.

The Katinas are a contemporary Christian music group. They are a family of five brothers. The group's members sang in Assembly of God church as children, and began playing fairs, soon moving up to nationwide slots opening for R. Kelly, Jasmine Guy, DC Talk, and Amy Grant. The group was signed to Gotee Records and have released several albums on the imprint, including a 2006 retrospective entitled Collection. Shortly after their 2006 "Collection" Release, their contract with Gotee expired. It was not renewed, and they are no longer signed to a label. Their album "Still" was independently released in August 2008. They performed at UCLA in 2009 from June 30 – July 2 for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and played in the Harvest Crusade of 2008, 2009, and 2013.

Worship & Faith is the fifteenth studio album by American country music artist Randy Travis. It was released on November 11, 2003 by Word Records. The album is composed of twenty covers of traditional gospel tunes. It was recorded live in concert at the Orlando Calvary Assembly of God in Orlando, Florida, in July 2003. Worship & Faith is certified gold by the RIAA, although its only single, "Above All", failed to chart.
