Vestavia Hills, colloquially known simply as Vestavia, is a city in Jefferson and Shelby counties in the U.S. state of Alabama. It is a suburb of Birmingham and it is made up of Vestavia, Liberty Park, and Cahaba Heights. As of the 2020 census, its population was 39,102, up from 34,033 in 2010. It moved up from the fifth largest city in Jefferson County in 2000 to the third largest in 2010, behind Birmingham and Hoover.

The former council district consisted of the ward of Erdington, and Tyburn,, Stockland Green and Kingstanding, although all of Kingstanding and most of both Tyburn and Stockland Green wards lie outside the historical boundaries of Erdington. Stockland Green was formerly part of Aston, Kingstanding part of Perry Barr and Tyburn partially split between Aston and Hodge Hill. Erdington (ward) was part of the Sutton Coldfield constituency before 1974.

Cotteridge Park is one of the Victorian parks in the city, set in 22 acres (89,000 m2), and located in the Bournville ward with an active community support group. It contains basketball and tennis courts, an orchard, an amphitheatre, playgrounds, a skateboard park, events space and copses. It had an on-site parkkeeper prior to funding for the role being withdrawn in October 2017 due to a drop of funding from the UK central government as a result of austerity policies.
