Ward Hill is a hill and eponymous neighborhood located in the northeastern part of Staten Island, New York City. Ward Hill is the northernmost of a chain of hills that stretch approximately halfway across Staten Island, which at one point (on Todt Hill, toward the southern end of the chain) rises to 410 feet (125 m), the highest elevation found that close to the seabord south of Maine in the eastern United States.
Named for Caleb T. Ward, who purchased property at the top of the hill in 1826, Ward Hill has long been home to the island's local political elite. His mansion, the Caleb T. Ward Mansion (Seth Geer, c. 1835) at 141 Nixon Avenue, is a New York City landmark and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. [1]
Part of Ward Hill's western slope consists of a sharp cliff overlooking Victory Boulevard in Tompkinsville.

Richmondtown is a neighborhood in the Mid-Island section of Staten Island, New York City. It is bounded by Arthur Kill Road on the northwest, Richmond Road on the north, Amboy Road on the east and southeast, and the United Hebrew and Ocean View cemeteries on the southwest.
Stapleton Heights is a neighborhood in northeastern Staten Island, New York, part of New York City in the United States. It stands on the second of a series of hills that form a "backbone" which runs diagonally across the island from northeast to southwest, between Ward Hill and Grymes Hill; to the east is Stapleton, which is along the waterfront. It is an upper-middle-class enclave noted for its large older one-family homes, and for its view of Upper New York Bay and the Verrazano Narrows Bridge. Many of the grander homes of the neighborhood were constructed in the late 19th century by the families who controlled the industries along the waterfront, including the breweries that operated there until the last one closed in 1963. One such home, on Louis Street, is allegedly "haunted," according to local residents.
New Utrecht was a town in western Long Island, New York, located in the present-day Bensonhurst neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York City. New Utrecht was established in 1652 by Dutch settlers in the Dutch colony of New Netherland, the last of the original six towns to be founded in Kings County. New Utrecht ceased to exist in 1894 when it was annexed by the City of Brooklyn, and became part of the City of Greater New York when Brooklyn joined as a borough in 1898.
Ward's Point is the southernmost point in the U.S. state of New York and lies within Tottenville, Staten Island, New York City. It is located at the mouth of Arthur Kill, across from Perth Amboy, New Jersey, at the head of Raritan Bay. The site is part of modern-day Conference House Park.

The land that the park is sited on was first purchased by the government in 1867, and it was acquired by the City of New York in 1898.
Conference House Park is a park in Tottenville, Staten Island, New York City. The park is located along the Arthur Kill coast where the kill opens into Raritan Bay. It contains clay bluffs, part of the terminal moraine, formed when the Wisconsin Glacier receded 10,000 years ago. Ward's Point, the southernmost point in New York state, is located in the park.
The Britton Cottage, formerly known as the Cubberly House, is a house in the Historic Richmond Town museum complex in the neighborhood of Richmondtown, Staten Island, in New York City. The oldest section of the cottage dates to 1671, with additions in the mid-18th century. It is constructed of stone and timberframe components. The house was originally located at the intersection of New Dorp Lane and Cedar Grove Avenue in the New Dorp Beach section of Staten Island, but was moved to its current location in 1967 when it was threatened with demolition.
The Boehm House is an historic house at 75 Arthur Kill Road in the Richmondtown section of the borough of Staten Island in New York City. This 1750 house, relocated from Greenridge as a part of Historic Richmondtown, was typical of rural New York during the American Revolution. Also on view in the house: an exhibit of early building techniques and restorations. It was designated a New York City landmark in 1969 as the "Boehm-Frost House".
Caleb T. Ward Mansion is a historic home located at 141 Nixon Avenue on Ward Hill, Staten Island, New York. Caleb Tompkins Ward built the mansion in 1835 with the help of architect George B. David, who built the mansion out of stucco and brick in an imposing Greek Revival style. Ward acquired the land for his mansion in 1826, after his uncle died. His uncle was Daniel D. Tompkins, Governor of New York.
Tompkins Circle is a .131-acre green public space within a traffic circle in the Grymes Hill neighborhood of Staten Island, New York. The circle is located in a section of the neighborhood historically known as Pavilion Hill. At this traffic circle, the Tompkins Circle loop merges with Fiedler Avenue and Ward Avenue.
