Warren Woods Public Schools

Warren Woods Public Schools is a school district that provides educational institutions for northeastern Warren, Michigan in Macomb County, Metro Detroit. [1] It has a total student enrollment of 3,198 students with a 19 to 1 student to teacher ratio. Minority enrollment is proportional to Michigan's average demographics. [2] The district boundaries enclose approximately 6 square miles of land. [3]

The school district was formed in the mid-20th century, and some of the building structures were in need of an overhaul. [4] In 2005 the school district began a three-year program intended to update and renovate its school buildings. In 2017 The district proposed a $20 Million bond issue. The money was to be allocated to infrastructure and technology improvements. It would also be used to replace some buses. [5] The bond issue was approved later that year. [6]

Warren Woods Tower High School, commonly referred to as WWT or Tower is a public high school in Warren, Michigan which educates students in grades 9–12. It is a part of the Warren Woods Public Schools school district. As of 2008, Mike Mackenzie is the school principal. Its athletic teams are known as the Titans, and the school colors are Honolulu Blue and Silver. The school is the result of the 1983 merger of Robert S. Tower and Warren Woods High Schools. Robert S. Tower was Superintendent of the Warren Woods School District in the 1960s and early 1970s. Tower's athletic teams during the beginning until 1983 were known as the Vikings.

Center Line High School offers students AP classes and dual enrollment into the Early College of Macomb program at Macomb Community College, the Macomb Mathematics, Science, and Technology Center program of Warren Consolidated Schools, or the International Academy of Macomb. Center Line High School is a member of the Southwest Macomb Technical Education Consortium (SMTEC) partnership with Fitzgerald High School, Lincoln High School, and Warren Woods Tower High School. Students may opt to take career technical education classes at the SMTEC partner schools and students from the SMTEC partner schools may take career technical education classes at Center Line High School.

Armada Area Schools is a public school district located in Armada, Michigan. The district consists of five schools, Orville C. Krause Early Elementary School, Orville C. Krause Late Elementary School, Armada Middle School, Armada High School & The Macomb Academy of Arts & Science. The district is led by superintendent Michael G. Musary. Mason City Schools is a city school district that primarily serves Mason and Deerfield Township in Warren County, Ohio, United States. As of 2018, the district has 10,627 students. Its high school, William Mason High School, is the largest in Ohio by enrollment.
