Welcome to the Afternoon is the second EP release by Lisa Mitchell. The EP was launched in Melbourne on 21 May 2008 but not released officially until the 31st.

Contents

Tracks 2–4 were produced, recorded and mixed by Dann Hume at Broken Door Studio, Melbourne. The first track was produced, recorded and mixed by Anthony Whiting at Idle Luxury Studio, London.

Album artwork is credited to Erin Paisley-Strueber with photography from Angelo Kehagias.

Lisa Helen Mitchell is an Australian singer-songwriter who grew up in Albury, New South Wales. Mitchell currently lives in Melbourne and is working on her fourth studio album. Mitchell finished sixth in the 2006 season of Australian Idol. Her debut extended play, Said One to the Other, topped iTunes in Australia and she signed with London-based publisher, Little Victories, a subsidiary of Sony/ATV. By 2008 Mitchell had relocated to the UK where she recorded her debut studio album, Wonder, which peaked at No. 6 on the ARIA Albums Chart. She won the 2009 Australian Music Prize of $30,000 for the album. Mitchell returned to Australia to live in Melbourne. Her second album, Bless This Mess reached No. 7. In March 2015, Mitchell's last single "Wah Ha" was remixed by electronic trio Seekae. Her third album Warriors was released on 16 October 2016 and debuted Top 10 on the ARIA Albums Chart.

Running (Evermore song) 2006 single by Evermore

"Running" is the lead single from New Zealand alternative rock band Evermore's second studio album, Real Life (2006). The song was written by drummer Dann Hume and co-produced by lead vocalist Jon Hume with John Alagía. "Running" was issued on 5 June 2006, a month ahead of the album. The track subsequently peaked at No. 4 on New Zealand's RIANZ Singles Chart and No. 5 on Australia's ARIA Singles Chart.

My Own Way EP is the third extended play (EP) by Evermore, which was released on 15 September 2003. Evermore made two music videos for tracks on the five-track EP, "Hold Off" and "My Own Way". Although it did not reache the top 100 of the ARIA Singles chart, it reached No. 11 on the related ARIA Hitseekers Singles chart. It was recorded with the line-up of Jon Hume on guitars and vocals; Dann Hume on drums and vocals and Peter Hume on bass guitar, keyboards and vocals. The three brothers wrote all the tracks. They supported its release with their third tour of Australia within two years.

"Light Surrounding You" is the second single by alternative rock band, Evermore, taken from their second studio album, Real Life. It was written by Dann Hume, the group's drummer. The record is co-produced by Jon Hume. The song was released in October 2006 and peaked at No. 15 on the RIANZ Singles Chart in New Zealand and number one on the ARIA Singles Chart, making it Evermore's most successful single in Australia. It was the first single by a New Zealand artist to top the Australian charts since "How Bizarre" by OMC in 1996.

Mr Kneebone is the third EP by the Australian rock band Powderfinger. It was released after their first full-length studio album, Parables for Wooden Ears, and before the album, Double Allergic. It contains five songs, none of which were included on either album. The EP peaked at #83 on the Australian singles chart, and is considered to be "the turning point in Powderfinger's song writing career".

"When You Come" is a song by rock group Crowded House and was released in August 1988 on Capitol Records as the second Australian single from their second album Temple of Low Men. The song peaked at #27 on the ARIA Singles Chart. Both B sides, "Something So Strong" and "Better Be Home Soon" were previously released as singles. "Between the Lines" is the first single by Evermore, taken from their third studio album Truth of the World: Welcome to the Show.
