Extracurricular activities

Activities that are offered at West Kings High School are diverse. Student council is a popular extracurricular that incorporates the following committees; Broadcast, Campus Store, Dance, Environmental, Fine Arts, Grad, Healthy Living, Spirit, TADD (Teens Against Drunk and Distracted Driving) and Yearbook. Athletics are also popular; at West Kings they are a division two school and offer co-ed football (Central Kings), hockey, volleyball, soccer, badminton, rugby, cross country, track and field, unified basketball and basketball.

Academy Charter High School is a four-year charter public high school located in Lake Como, in Monmouth County, New Jersey, United States, that operates independently of the local school district under the terms of a charter granted by the Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Education. In 2006, 1,302 of the 1,600 high school students living in the Rainier Beach neighborhood traveled out of the area each morning to attend other high schools. In 2008–09, Rainier Beach began the year with 453 students and ended with about 295, giving an average monthly enrollment of 374. Sixty students chose it as their first choice. Beaumont United High School is a public high school in Beaumont, Texas. It is one of two high schools in the Beaumont Independent School District, serving its eastern half, and was established in fall 2018 by the merger of Clifton J. Ozen High School and Central High School. United uses the former Ozen campus, and the new school offers all of the courses offered at the former schools. The students of Ozen and Central voted on the school name, colors, and team name.
