William Giles Bosisto (born 8 September 1993) is an Australian cricketer who was contracted to South Australia at domestic level. Bosisto represented Western Australia at under-17 and under-19 level,and debuted for the state's under-23 side in the Futures League in November 2011,at the age of 18. [2] At the 2011–12 Australian Under-19 Championships,he captained Western Australia,and was subsequently selected to captain the Australian under-19 cricket team at the 2012 ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup. [3] At the competition's conclusion,Bosisto was named "Man of the Tournament", [4] having led the overall batting averages with 276 runs from six matches. [5]
Bosisto had been granted a rookie contract with the Western Australian Cricket Association (WACA) for the upcoming 2012–13 season prior to competing in the World Cup. [6] He made his List A debut for the state in the 2012–13 Ryobi One-Day Cup,replacing the injured Adam Voges. [7] In the match against Victoria at the WACA Ground,Bosisto was run out for a duck after facing five balls in Western Australia's innings,having come in at number six in the batting order. [8] Bosisto's first-class debut came the following season,in the 2013–14 edition of the Sheffield Shield. [9] He scored 44 runs in the second innings of his debut match,which included a 124-run partnership with Marcus North (118 not out) for the third wicket. [10] At grade cricket level,Bosisto plays for the Claremont-Nedlands Cricket Club,having made his first grade debut during the 2010–11 season. [11] Outside of cricket,he attended Scotch College at secondary level,and is currently studying a commerce degree at the University of Western Australia. [1]
He made his Twenty20 debut for Perth Scorchers in the 2017–18 Big Bash League season on 23 December 2017. [12] In April 2021,Bosisto was one of five players to be dropped by the South Australia cricket team,following a season without any wins. [13] He is currently playing Nepal Premier League (2024) from Karnali Yaks in Nepal.

Adam Charles Voges is an Australian cricket coach and former cricketer who played for the Australian national team at Test,One Day International (ODI),and Twenty20 International (T20I) level,and also captained Western Australia and Perth Scorchers in domestic cricket. Voges' Test match batting average of 61.87 is third among batsmen that have played a minimum of 20 innings behind Don Bradman and Harry Brook,who has played exactly 20 innings as of 31 July 2023. Voges was included in the 2016 ICC Test Match Team of the Year.
Travis Rodney Birt is an Australian former cricketer. A left-handed batsman,Birt represented the Australian national under-19 team before making his debut for Tasmania during the 2003–04 season. Strong form at state level led to his selection for Australia A during the 2006 off-season,as well as a two-year stint with Derbyshire in English county cricket. Birt transferred to Western Australia for the 2011–12 season,but has found more success in the Twenty20 format,variously representing the Wellington Firebirds,Delhi Daredevils,Nagenahira Nagas,and Khulna Royal Bengals in New Zealand,Indian,Sri Lankan,and Bangladeshi domestic tournaments,respectively. Birt made his Twenty20 International debut for Australia in February 2010,and played a total of four matches for the team,with his last international match coming in February 2012.
Jonathan Wayne Wells is an Australian cricket player,who plays for Western Australia in first-class and one-day cricket,and the Melbourne Renegades in the Big Bash League (BBL). He originates from Tasmania,and represented Tasmania in both first-class and one-day cricket prior.
Liam Murray Davis is an Australian former professional cricketer who played for Western Australia in Australian domestic cricket. A former Australian under-19 representative,Davis made his debut for Western Australia in 2006. Generally playing as an opening batsman,he did not establish himself in the state team until late in the decade,having previously missed several matches due to injury. In February 2012,Davis scored a triple-century,303 not out,against New South Wales,the second-highest score ever recorded for Western Australia at first-class level. He was also featured on the supplementary list of the Perth Scorchers for the 2012–13 season of the Big Bash League.

At grade cricket level,he plays for Rockingham-Mandurah in the WACA district competition,having previously played for Fremantle in WACA district matches and Gordon in Sydney Grade Cricket matches. Thomas Michael Beaton is an Australian cricketer who has played for Western Australia and the Perth Scorchers domestically. A right-handed batsman,he also played with the Melbourne Renegades for the 2014–15 and 2015–16 seasons of the Big Bash League.
Philip James Adams is an Australian former cricketer who played at List A level for Western Australia. Adams was born in Midland,Western Australia,and attended John Forrest Senior High School's cricket academy. He played cricket for Western Australia at both under-17s and under-19s level,scoring 228 runs from seven matches at an average of 32.57 in the 2007–08 Under-17 Championship Series,and 343 runs from seven matches at an average of 85.75,with a highest score of 171,at the 2009–10 Australian Under-19 Championships. He was selected in the Team of the Championships for the under-19 championships,and nominated in the provisional 30-man squad for the 2010 Under-19 World Cup. Adams made his Futures League debut for the Western Australia Under-23s team against Queensland Under-23s during the 2009–10 season,scoring 117* on debut. He went on to make his limited-overs debut for Western Australia against South Australia in the 2010–11 Ryobi One-Day Cup,scoring five runs batting seventh. Adams played one further match at state level,against Tasmania,and was again dismissed for five runs,having opened the innings with Marcus Harris. At grade cricket leve,he plays for Bayswater–Morley.

Timothy John Armstrong is an Australian cricketer and successful mining businessman formerly contracted to the Perth Scorchers in the Big Bash League,having previously played at Australian domestic level with New South Wales,the Sydney Thunder,and Western Australia. From Dubbo,New South Wales,Armstrong was from a strong cricketing family,representing New South Wales at under-17 and under-19 level,and going on to represent the Australian under-19 cricket team at both Test and One Day International level. This included the 2010 ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup,during which Armstrong scored 240 runs to lead Australia's tournament batting averages. Having played several matches as an all-rounder for the New South Wales under-23 side in the Futures League,Armstrong was selected in New South Wales' squad for the 2010–11 KFC Twenty20 Big Bash tournament,and played a single match in the tournament,against Victoria at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.

A right-arm off spinner,he toured India with the Australian under-19 team in September and October 2011,taking eight wickets from six matches in a quadrangular tournament involving the Australian,Indian,Sri Lankan,and West Indian under-19 teams. At the 2012 Under-19 World Cup,he was Australia's first-choice spinner,ahead of Victoria's Ashton Agar,and took eleven wickets from six matches,with his best figures 4/28 against Nepal.
The 2013–14 Sheffield Shield season was the 112th season of the Sheffield Shield,the Australian domestic first-class cricket competition. It was held after the conclusion of the Ryobi One-Day Cup and included a break halfway through for the entirety of the Big Bash League. As a part of Cricket Australia's campaign for day/night Tests,it included three day/night matches,played with the pink ball. The separation of the tournaments meant that players in the national Test squad only played two or three Shield matches before the first Test of the 2013–14 Ashes series.
