"Woz Not Woz" is a song by Swedish house music DJs Eric Prydz and Steve Angello. The song was originally released in 2004 as a single through Cr2 Records (the London-based label's second release at the time). [2] The song is an adaptation of "Wheel Me Out" (1980), the first single released by American group Was (Not Was). It was written by founding group members David Weiss (David Was) and Don Fagenson (Don Was).

Chart performance

The song first entered the UK Singles Chart at its peak the week of August 21, 2004 (preceding the release of what would later be Prydz's hit single of that year "Call on Me"), becoming the first major charting single for both artists. [4] It achieved additional success in Europe following its re-release in 2005, particularly in France (where it was a club hit for 8 weeks) and the German-language-speaking countries of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Swedish House Mafia (SHM) is a Swedish house music supergroup consisting of Axwell, Steve Angello and Sebastian Ingrosso. The group officially formed in late 2008, were placed at number ten on the DJ Mag Top 100 DJ Poll 2011, and have been called "the faces of mainstream progressive house music", while being credited for "setting the tone for the EDM boom of the early 2010s, more than any other act in modern dance music". In 2012, they were ranked at number twelve on the DJ Mag Top 100 Poll. The group's biggest hit to date is "Don't You Worry Child". On 24 June 2012, the group announced they would split up. Their final performance was at Ultra Miami on 24 March 2013. For the next five years Angello worked solo, while Axwell and Ingrosso performed as the duo, Axwell & Ingrosso. On 25 March 2018, the group reunited with a surprise closing set at the 20th anniversary of Ultra Music Festival in Miami, Florida. The group released their debut studio album, Paradise Again, on 15 April 2022 through their new label, Republic.

"Show Me Love" is a song by American singer Robin S. It was written by Allen George and Fred McFarlane and originally released in 1990 by Champion Records in the United Kingdom. In 1992, it was remixed by Swedish house music production duo StoneBridge and Nick Nice, and re-released in many European countries as well as the United States and Japan. It became one of the most well known house anthems in the United Kingdom, and Robin's biggest hit to date. It helped to make house more mainstream and the song is often confused with her following single "Luv 4 Luv", which is compositionally similar and was released around the same time. In 1993, it was included on Robin S.' debut album by the same name. Further confusion arose with the 1997 hit "Show Me Love" by Swedish singer Robyn, due to the same song title and a similar artist name.

"Proper Education" is a remix of the 1979 song "Another Brick in the Wall, Part II" by Pink Floyd by the Swedish DJ and electronic music producer Eric Prydz. It was released in Sweden on 24 November 2006 and in the United Kingdom on 1 January 2007. "Proper Education" reached number two on the UK Singles Chart and topped the US Billboard Hot Dance Airplay chart in 2007. On 8 December 2007, the song received a nomination for Best Remixed Recording at the 2008 Grammy Awards.

The single peaked at number six on the Swedish Singles Chart.
