Wynncraft is a fantasy massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) Minecraft server created by Jumla, Salted, and Grian, and released in April 2013. [1] According to Salted, one of the server's owners, over 2.9 million players have played on the server as of March 2021. [2]
Wynncraft's gameplay revolves around completing quests, joining guilds, and fighting bosses, among other things. [3] Players are required to select a class between Archer, Assassin, Mage, Warrior, [4] and Shaman; and after a tutorial start in the Wynn province, [3] one of Wynncraft's five known provinces. The server's world has an approximate size of 4,400 by 5,500 blocks, [5] and consists of two continents, Wynn and Gavel, divided by an ocean with islands. [4] Wynncraft's design is inspired by the MMORPG RuneScape , [4] and as of 2021, it has hundreds of quests. [6] [7] Aside from the cost of Minecraft , the server is free-to-play, with players being able to purchase cosmetic in-game items. [3] [8]
Wynncraft has been praised for its extensiveness and gameplay. Writing for Kotaku Australia , Luke Plunkett praised Wynncraft's map and called the server "a full and proper MMO". [8] Carl Velasco of Tech Times said that the server is "nuts" and "a stunning example of what can be created using Minecraft's own sandbox engine". [3] Austin Wood, writing for PC Gamer , was "continually floored by all you can do". [4] As of 4 July 2017, Wynncraft is the largest MMORPG built in Minecraft, according to the Guinness World Records. [1]

Steve is a player character from the 2011 video game Minecraft. Created by Swedish video game developer Markus "Notch" Persson and introduced in the initial Java-based version of Minecraft which was first publicly released on May 17, 2009, Steve is one of nine default player character skins available for players of contemporary versions of Minecraft. Steve lacks an official backstory by the developers of Minecraft as he is intended to be a customizable player avatar as opposed to being a predefined character. His feminine counterpart, Alex, was first introduced in August 2014 for Java PC versions of Minecraft, with the other seven debuting in the Java edition of the game in October 2022. Depending on the version of Minecraft, players have a chance of defaulting to either Steve or any of the other variant skins when creating a new account, although the skin is easy to change from the client or website.
