Politics of Ghana takes place in a framework of a presidential representative democratic republic,whereby the president of Ghana is head of state and head of government,and of a 2 party system. The seat of government is at Golden Jubilee House. Executive power is exercised by the government. Legislative power is vested in the government and Parliament. The judiciary is independent of the executive and the legislature.

Kenneth Nana Yaw Ofori-Atta,is a Ghanaian investment banker who serves as the Minister for Finance and Economic Planning in the cabinet of Nana Akufo-Addo. He was a co-founder of Databank Group,a Ghanaian financial services company,and served as executive chairman until 2012 when he resigned. He was nominated by President Nana Akufo-Addo on 10 January 2017 and assumed office on 27 January 2017 as finance minister.
Ebenezer Oduro Owusu is a Ghanaian entomologist and university administrator who served as the Vice Chancellor of the University of Ghana from 1 August,2016 to 31 July,2021. In this role,he was the principal academic and administrative officer of the university. Ebenezer Oduro Owusu is a professor of entomology at the Department of Animal Biology and Conservation Science and prior to his appointment as vice-chancellor,he was the provost of the College of Basic and Applied Sciences at the University of Ghana. He is the current President of the Presbyterian University College.
Amerley Ollennu Awua-Asamoa is a Ghanaian diplomat,corporate and non-profit executive. A member of the New Patriotic Party of Ghana,she served as Ghana's Ambassador to the Kingdom of Denmark from 2017 to 2021. As ambassador,she had concurrent diplomatic accreditation to Finland,Iceland and Sweden.
Mercy Bampo Addo is a Ghanaian diplomat and a member of the New Patriotic Party of Ghana. She is currently Ghana's High Commissioner to Malta,having assumed office in July 2017. Between 2003 and 2009 she was the Deputy Minister and speech writer for the President of Ghana.

Kwesi Yankah is a Ghanaian academic,author,and university administrator. He is a professor of linguistics and oral literature specializing in the ethnography of communications. He has served as the Pro-vice-chancellor of the University of Ghana and the president of the Central University. The author of several books,he was inducted as a fellow of the Ghana Academy of Arts and Sciences in 1999. He is currently the Ghanaian Minister of State in charge of tertiary education.

The Authority has the prime aim to oversee,manage and implement the programmes under the Compact Agreement signed with the Millennium Challenge Corporation of the United States of America.
Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum is a Ghanaian politician and member of the Seventh Parliament of the Fourth Republic of Ghana,representing the Bosomtwe Constituency in the Ashanti Region on the ticket of the New Patriotic Party. He is noted for his unannounced teaching visits to schools,although he is not in active teaching service. On 5 March 2021,He was appointed by Nana Akufo-Addo as the Minister of Education in Ghana.
Sarah Adwoa Safo is a Ghanaian lawyer and politician. She is the New Patriotic Party Member of Parliament (2013–2020) for the Dome Kwabenya Constituency of the Greater Accra Region of Ghana. She was the Minister for Gender,Children and Social Protection until 28 July 2022 when she was dismissed by Nana Akuffo Addo Danquah.
George Mireku Duker is a Ghanaian politician. He is serving as a Deputy Minister at Ghana's Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources since 2021,and is the Member of Parliament for Tarkwa-Nsuaem since 2017. He was elected into parliament on the ticket of the New Patriotic Party.
The presidency of Nana Akufo-Addo began on 7 January 2017. Following the 2016 Ghanaian general elections,Nana Akufo-Addo the flag-bearer of the New Patriotic Party,succeeded John Mahama as the 5th President of the Ghanaian Fourth Republic after winning by a landslide. He won a second term on 9 December 2020 in a tightly contested race against National Democratic Congress (NDC) candidate and former president,John Mahama.
Akua Sakyiwaa Ahenkorah is a Ghanaian diplomat who has worked for the Foreign relations of Ghana in various capacities and presently serves as Ghana's Ambassador to Malaysia. She is the first female Ghanaian envoy to Malaysia.
