Yasir Abdullah (born April 12, 2000) is an American professional football linebacker for the Jacksonville Jaguars of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Louisville.
Abdullah is the son of former Florida Gator linebacker Xavier McCray. [1] Abdullah attended Miami Carol City Senior High School in Miami Gardens, Florida. [2] During his high school career he had 137 tackles and 20 sacks. He committed to the University of Louisville to play college football.
Abdullah played in 11 games and had eight tackles as a true freshman at Louisville in 2018. In 2019, he started eight of 13 games, recording 45 tackles, one sack, and one interception. [3] He started seven of 11 games in 2020, finishing with 33 tackles and three sacks. Abdullah led Louisville in sacks in 2021 with 10 and had 61 tackles. [4] He returned to Louisville in 2022 rather than enter the 2022 NFL draft. [5] He finished the year with 63 tackles, 9.5 sacks and two interceptions. [6]

Abdullah was drafted by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the fifth round, 136th overall, of the 2023 NFL draft. [9] As a rookie, he appeared in four games. [10]
Teddy Lehman is an American former professional football player who was a linebacker for seven seasons in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Oklahoma Sooners, and was twice recognized as a consensus All-American. The Detroit Lions chose him in the second round of the 2004 NFL draft, and he also played for the Buffalo Bills and Jacksonville Jaguars of the NFL, and the Las Vegas Locomotives of the United Football League (UFL).
Paul Michael Posluszny is an American former professional football linebacker who played in the National Football League (NFL) for 11 seasons, primarily with the Jacksonville Jaguars. He played college football for the Penn State Nittany Lions, where he won the Chuck Bednarik Award twice and the Dick Butkus Award, and was selected by the Buffalo Bills in the second round of the 2007 NFL draft. Following four years in Buffalo, Posluszny spent the remainder of his career with the Jaguars. Posluszny earned Pro Bowl honors during the 2013 season after leading the league in solo tackles. He was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2024.

Telvin Trishaun Smith Sr. is an American former professional football player who was a linebacker for the Jacksonville Jaguars of the National Football League (NFL).
