'Youth with Talent - Generation Next' is a Sri Lankan reality talent contest which was aired on ITN (Independent Television Network) in 2017.
The show brought together contestants between the ages of 15 and 35 to participate in a talent competition. [1] The show was hosted by Dilshan Pathirathna and directed by musical and tele-drama director Sandaruwan Jayawickrama. Additional contributors included Saman Athaudahetti, Chairman of ITN, and Eranda Weliange, Chairman of NYSC.
Auditions were held throughout Sri Lanka and the best acts were selected to be telecast on television.
20 participants competed in each audition round and the judges selected 10 contestants for the next round.
Golden buzzer acts were sent directly to the grand finale.
Round 1 was held from 09/09/2017 to 16/12/2017.
Round 2 was held from 23/12/2017 to 27/01/2018.

Last Comic Standing is an American reality television talent competition show on NBC that aired from June 1, 2003, to August 9, 2010, and again in 2014 and 2015. Each season a comedian from an initially large group of hopefuls was picked as a winner. For the first seven seasons, the winner received a cash prize and a television special; for season eight in 2014, the winner won a cash prize, a talent deal with NBC, and a half-hour scripted project developed by Universal Television.
Singapore Idol was a Singaporean reality television singing competition produced by MediaCorp Studios and FremantleMedia Operations BV. It began airing on MediaCorp Channel 5 on 9 August 2004 until 27 December 2009, as an addition to the Idol franchise based on the British show Pop Idol, and became one of the most popular shows in the history of Singaporean television.
Project SuperStar is a singing talent search competition organised by MediaCorp and broadcast on Channel U in Singapore. Project SuperStar was organised to uncover and develop young talent in Mandarin pop in Singapore. Closely modelled after the Pop Idol, 24 contestants were selected to enter the Quarter Finals of the competition. For both seasons, it was hosted by Quan Yi Fong and Jeff Wang. Episodes were pre-recorded, and broadcast on Wednesday for male contestants, while episodes on Thursday feature female contestants. Season 3's Live-telecast will begin on 18 August 2014 and the finale is set to be on 26 October 2014. It is announced that Dasmond Koh, Jeremy Chan and Shane Pow will be the hosts for the third season.
Campus SuperStar is a Singaporean reality television singing competition to find new singing talent, contested by aspiring singers drawn from public auditions. The show began on 2 January 2006 and is broadcast on MediaCorp Channel U. It is a spin-off of Project SuperStar, and contestants comprise students from secondary schools, junior colleges and institutes of technical education.

So You Think You Can Dance is a televised dance competition and reality show that launched in the United Kingdom in January 2010 with a format based on an American show by the same name. The show was broadcast on BBC One. The presentation of the show is similar to that of the Pop Idol series of singing competitions, also created by Simon Fuller and Nigel Lythgoe. The show focuses not only on the dancers' talent, but also showcases new works by notable choreographers, crafted specifically for the dancers and the show.
Pilipinas Got Talent (PGT) is a Philippine television reality competition show broadcast by ABS-CBN. The show is based of American television show Got Talent. Originally hosted by Luis Manzano and Billy Crawford, it aired on the network's Yes Weekend! line up from February 20, 2010 to April 29, 2018, replacing The Singing Bee and was replaced by Your Face Sound Familiar Kids. Crawford and Toni Gonzaga serve as the final hosts. "Pilipinas" is the Filipino word for Philippines. Anyone can join and showcase their talents in the audition. At the sound of four buzzers from the judges, the auditionees are asked to stop their act. With at least three approval votes from the judges, they are automatically in the list for Judges Cuts, where judges have to pick only 36 acts that will move to the semi-finals. Acts will compete against each other in order to gain the audience support to win the prize money and the title of Pilipinas Got Talent.
Ídolos Brazil 4 was the fourth season of Brazilian reality interactive talent show Ídolos, which premiered August 18, 2009 with the season finale airing on December 16, 2009.
Minute of Fame is a Russian television talent show competition originating from the Got Talent series and which started in February 2007 on 1TV. For the first two seasons it was hosted by Garik Martirosyan, replaced in the 3rd season by Alexander Tsekalo, then in the 4th season the hosts were Alexander Oleshko and Ville Haapasalo, and in the 5th and 6th seasons Julia Kovalchuk took over from Haapasalo.

The winner of the Israeli national selection was Netta Barzilai, and a committee of the Israeli broadcaster internally selected the song "Toy" for her.
The Voice Kids Indonesia is an Indonesian music talent show for young singers aged 8 to 15, based on the concept of the show The Voice Indonesia. The first broadcast was on August 26, 2016, on GTV. The show has initially aired three seasons from 2016 to 2018. The fourth season was in 2021, scheduled after a two-year break. As of 2023, a fifth season has yet to be confirmed.
The first season of Sri Lankan talent show competition series Sri Lanka's Got Talent was broadcast on Sirasa TV from 3 March to 30 September 2018.
