Zaman Anwar is a Pakistani professional wrestler. He won gold at the 2016 South Asian Games [1] and won a silver medal at the 2022 Commonwealth Games. [2] He participated at the 2014 Commonwealth Games. [3] He won Bronze medal in Greco Roman Seniors and Bronze medal in Freestyle Seniors at the 2016 Commonwealth Wrestling Championships Singapore. He won a silver medal at the 2019 13th South Asian Games Kathmandu - Pokhara in 125kg freestyle. He participated at the 2021 World Beach Wrestling Championships Greece and won the Bronze medal. He is currently Rustam Pakistan and won this title at the 2023 Punjab Stadium, Lahore against his opponent Mohammad Asif Mochi.

In the age-group, he was the 2018 Cadet World Champion and claimed silver medals from the 2019 Junior World Championships and the 2018 Youth Summer Olympics.
