Mohammad Zahirul Haque, [2] best known by his stage name as Zayed Khan, is a Bangladeshi film actor who has appeared in more than 25 films to date. He began his career in 2006 with the film Bhalobasha Bhalobasha. Since then he has appeared in the films Nagar Mastan opposite Pori Moni and Dabangg. He was cast in Antor Jala (2017) due to director Malek Afsary's preference for him as an actor. Early life and education

Md. Zahirul Haque was born on 03 January in Pirojpur, Bangladesh. [7] His father is M. A. Haque and mother is Shahida Haque. His father died on 31 December 2020 and his mother died 27 December 2021. [8] Shahida Haque was honored with the 'Ratnagurba' award. [9]

Haque studied from Dhaka City College. He used to live with his sister behind the Modhumita. After passing the Higher Secondary examination, he claims to have attended Dhaka University. [9]

Career

Film

Haque began his acting career in the 2006 film, Bhalobasha Bhalobasha opposite Riaz and Shabnur. Haque later appeared in another movie with Riaz and Shabnur, Mon Chuyeche Mon. He acted in Jomidar Barir Meye opposite Amin Khan and Nipun, also starring in Rickshawalar Chele alongside Dipjol.[ citation needed ] He has also appeared in Prem Korbo Tomar Sathe andToke Bhalobastei Hobe. In May 2017, Haque became the general secretary of the Bangladesh Film Artists' Association. He bagged 279 votes while his opponent, Amit Hasan, got 145 votes. [4]

On 28 January 2022, Haque once again became the general secretary of the Bangladesh Film Artists' Association after bagging 176 votes while his competitor, Nipun Akter, got 163 votes. [5]

In January 2015 Hassan participated in a strike of Bangladeshi film artists against the screening of the Indian film Wanted in Bangladesh, calling for a boycott of Bangladeshi theatres showing the movie.

Captain Khan is a 2018 Bangladeshi action thriller film directed by Wajed Ali Sumon and written by Delowar Hossain Dil. The film was produced by Selim Khan under the banner of Shapla Media. It features superstar Shakib Khan, Shabnom Bubly, Samraat, Misha Sawdagor and Ashish Vidyarthi in the lead roles. It also features Amit Hasan, Sadek Bachchu, Don and Shiba Shanu in supporting roles. It is a remake of the 2014 Tamil film Anjaan starring Suriya and Samantha. The film had a nationwide theatrical release on Eid-ul-Adha 2018.

Shah Riaz is a Bangladeshi actor and model. He acted in Pagla Diwana (2015), opposite to Pori Moni and in Nagar Mastan (2015) with Pori Moni. Mou Khan is a Bangladeshi actress who started her show business career as a model. She made her screen debut in the Film Protishodher Agun (2019), co-starring Zayed Khan. She had previously worked in the films Bandhob & Bahaduri, but the third film in which she worked was the first released. She worked with Director Montazur Rahman Akbar in three films named "Omanush holo Manush, Jemon Jamai Temon Bou & Banglar Hercules with the Legendary co artist Monowar Hossain dipjol. Mukul Chowdhury was a Bangladeshi lyricist and musical artist. He wrote many songs for radio, television and more than hundreds of films including 'O Madhobi Go Theko Mor Antore,' 'Tumi Accho Sobi Acche,' 'Ek Chor Jay Chole' and 'Ore Nil Doriya Amay De Re De Chhariya.'

Golui is a 2022 Bangladeshi periodical romantic film directed by SA Haque Alik and co-produced by Khorshed Alam Khosru. It has been made on the basis of the traditional boat race of rural Bengal and the life of the people of a vast village. The film stars Shakib Khan, Puja Cherry, Azizul Hakim and Suchorita in the lead roles. The cast also includes Fazlur Rahman Babu, Suchorita, Ali Raj, Jhuna Chowdhury, Somu Chowdhury in supporting roles.

Amar Shopno Tumi is a 2005 Bangladeshi romantic action drama film directed by Hasibul Islam Mizan and produced by Mahmood Haque Shamim under the banner of S.N.N Pictures. The film's story and dialogue came from Zaman Akhter with screenplay by the director. It features Shakib Khan, Shabnur and Ferdous Ahmed in the lead roles with ATM Shamsuzzaman, Abul Hayat, Sharmili Ahmed, Rehana Jolly supporting cast.
