Zgornje Grušovje (pronounced  [ˈzɡoːɾnjɛ ˈɡɾuːʃɔu̯jɛ] ) is a settlement south of Prihova in the Municipality of Oplotnica in eastern Slovenia. The area is part of the traditional region of Styria and is included in the Drava Statistical Region. [2]
