Zhang Haitian (simplified Chinese :张海天; traditional Chinese :張海天; pinyin :Zhāng Hǎitiān; 1888 – 1939), [1] [2] known as Lao Beifeng (simplified Chinese :老北风; traditional Chinese :老北風; pinyin :Lǎo Běifēng; lit. 'Old North Wind'; also Lao Pie-fang), [3] was a guerrilla leader fighting in western Liaoning against Japanese occupation. He led several thousand followers to attack Japanese garrisons in the southern portion of the South Manchurian Railroad mainline in early 1932, during the pacification of Manchukuo.
The Japanese garrison of Newchwangchen was encircled and attacked while other troops under his orders attacked in the Haicheng area. Japanese reinforcements quickly dispatched from Mukden forced Zhang's retirement, but Zhang Haitian emerged as an Anti-Japanese Volunteer Army general and was acclaimed as commander by the local bands of the brotherhoods and citizen militias.

The town is bordered to the north by Hehua Subdistrict, to the east by Chengtanjiang Town, to the south by the towns of Jingang and Litian, and to the west by Chengchong Town.
Xinyang Minggang Airport, or Minggang Air Base, is a dual-use civil and military airport serving the city of Xinyang in Henan Province, China. It is in the town of Minggang in Pingqiao District, about 45 kilometres (28 mi) from downtown Xinyang and 48 kilometres (30 mi) from the city of Zhumadian.
Shangqiu Airport, or Shangqiu Air Base, is a military air base near the city of Shangqiu in China's Henan Province. It is located in Guantang Township, Liangyuan District, 16 kilometres (9.9 mi) west of the city center. The airport was built in the 1930s and was known as Gui'deAirbase, and served in national defense operations during the Sino-Japanese War, and the planning as of the 2000s is to convert the air base into a dual-use military and civil airport with an estimated investment of 500 million, and commercial operations of the airport estimated to serve 300,000 passengers and 1,000 tons of cargo per year by 2020.

Yonghe Town is a rural town in Liuyang City, Hunan Province, People's Republic of China. It is surrounded by the towns of Guandu and Zhangfang on the north, Yanxi Town on the northwest, Gugang Town on the west, Xiaohe Township on the east, and the towns of Gaoping and Zhonghe on the south. As of the 2015 census it had a population of 40,000 and an area of 234.5-square-kilometre (90.5 sq mi). Qibaoshan Township was merged to Yonghe town on November 18, 2015.
