The 14th Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly (SPA) was elected by the 1st Session of the 14th Supreme People's Assembly on 11 April 2019. [1] It was named 14th Presidium until sometime in 2021 when the body's name was changed to the current one.

Pak Pong-ju is a North Korean politician who served as the Premier of North Korea from 2003 to 2007 and again from 2013 to 2019. He was elected a member of the Presidium of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK) in 2016.
The Supreme People's Assembly is the unicameral legislature of North Korea. It consists of one deputy from each of North Korea's 687 constituencies, elected to five-year terms.
Choe Yong-rim is a North Korean politician who served as the Premier of North Korea from June 2010 to April 2013 and was a member of the 6th Presidium of the Workers' Party of Korea. He has been described by The New York Times as a "KWP insider" and a "friend of Kim Jong-Il's family." He is honorary vice-president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly, the country's parliament.

Plenary session can also be attended by non-members, such meetings are known as "Enlarged Plenary Session", to participate in the committee's discussions.

The State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (SAC) is defined by the 2016 constitution as "the supreme policy-oriented leadership body of State power" over North Korea. The current president of the SAC, which is defined by the same constitution, is the head of state of the nation, the Supreme Leader of North Korea.
The Vice Premier of the Cabinet assists the Premier of North Korea in guiding the work of the Cabinet of North Korea. The office is also alternatively known as Deputy Prime Minister of North Korea.
Hong Son-ok is a senior North Korean politician. She has served as the Vice Chairwoman of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly (SPA) and Chairwoman of the Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries. These posts took her to many foreign countries and meetings with foreign dignitaries. In 2013 she became the first female to be appointed Secretary General of the SPA Presidium. She served in that capacity until 2018. Hong has chaired many of North Korea's friendship associations with foreign countries.

The 13th Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly (SPA) was elected by the 1st Session of the 13th Supreme People's Assembly on 9 April 2014. It was replaced on 11 April 2019 by the 14th SPA Presidium.

The vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly is one of the members that form the Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly. The vice chairman of the SPA Standing Committee is elected by the Supreme People's Assembly alongside the SPA Standing Committee's chairman, secretary general and members. From 1972 until 1998, the vice chairman of the SPA Standing Committee was concurrently the vice chairman of the Supreme People's Assembly.
Yang Sung-ho is a North Korean politician. He is a Deputy Prime Minister and a member of the Politburo of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea. He served as Minister of Machinery and Industry, replacing Lee Jong Guk and since 2021 is serving as Minister of Agriculture in the North Korean Cabinet.
Choe Kyong-chol is a North Korean politician. He is a candidate (alternate) member of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and Minister of Health in the North Korean cabinet. He has served as vice president of the Pyongyang Medical University.
