It was adopted on December 15, 1791, as one of the ten amendments that constitute the Bill of Rights.

Albert Falco was a French scuba diving veteran and champion of underwater conservation. He was one of the longest-serving diving companions of Jacques Cousteau, Chief Diver, and later Captain of the RV Calypso. He lived in France and was active in preserving aquatic ecosystems. He played several leading roles on Cousteau's films, like The Silent World (1956), World Without Sun (1964) and Voyage to the Edge of the World (1976). Falco was the author of a non-fiction book, Capitaine de La Calypso.

Arneb Glacier or Hallett Glacier is a glacier 3 nautical miles (6 km) long and 2 nautical miles (4 km) wide, situated in a cliff-walled bay between Hallett Peninsula and Redcastle Ridge and flowing northwest into Edisto Inlet as a floating ice tongue. It was named by the New Zealand Geological Survey Antarctic Expedition, 1957–58, for USS Arneb, which in the 1957 season carried the buildings and stores for the establishment of Hallett Station and revisited the station in subsequent seasons.

HMS Hibernia is the name given to a shore establishment of the Royal Navy, which serves as the headquarters of the Royal Naval Reserve in Northern Ireland. Commissioned in 2009 to replace the C-class cruiser HMS Caroline as the training establishment for the RNR in Northern Ireland, Hibernia is located as part of Thiepval Barracks in Lisburn, County Antrim. The unit numbers approximately 100 officers and ratings.
