The 1934 European Wrestling Championships were held in the men's Freestyle style in Stockholm 3 - 7 October 1934; the Greco-Romane style and in Rome 26 - 30 April 1934. [1] [2]

Final Resolution Total Nonstop Action Wrestling pay-per-view event series

Final Resolution is a professional wrestling Impact Plus event held by Impact Wrestling in December. Initially introduced as a pay-per-view by TNA in 2005, the event originally took place in January until 2008, when TNA moved the event to December of that year, with two Final Resolutions took place that year. On January 11, 2013, TNA announced that only four PPVs would be produced that year, with Final Resolution among the titles dropped. It would be produced as a special episode of TNA's weekly television program Impact Wrestling in 2013 and was revived as a monthly special for Impact Plus in 2020.

August Neo Estonian wrestler

August "Ago" Neo was an Estonian wrestler who won two medals at the 1936 Summer Olympics: a silver medal in the freestyle wrestling and a bronze in Greco-Roman wrestling. His achievements were underscored by teammate Kristjan Palusalu, who won two gold medals in wrestling at the same games. Neo also won five medals in both wrestling styles at the European championships in 1934–1939.

Tevfik Kış was a Turkish European, World and Olympic champion sports wrestler in the Light heavyweight class (87 kg) and a trainer. He won the gold medal in men's Greco-Roman wrestling at the 1960 Olympics.

Mahmut Atalay Turkish wrestler

Mahmut Atalay was a Turkish freestyle wrestler and coach of Circassian origin. He competed at the 1964 and 1968 Olympics and won a gold medal in 1968, placing fourth in 1964.

Benjamin Maurice Webb, better known by the ring name Trent Seven, is an English professional wrestler, wrestling promoter, and actor. He is signed to WWE on their NXT UK brand, where he is a one-time NXT Tag Team Champion with Tyler Bate. He and Bate form the tag team Moustache Mountain, who have also won the Progress Tag Team Championship and the RPW Undisputed British Tag Team Championship in the UK, as well as the Chikara Campeonatos de Parejas in the United States. British Strong Style is a professional wrestling stable made up of Pete Dunne, Trent Seven and Tyler Bate, currently working in WWE; Dunne competes on the NXT brand, while Seven and Bate compete on the NXT UK brand. Dunne and Seven formed the group in the Progress Wrestling (Progress) promotion in July 2016 as a tag team, before adding Bate, who had been Seven's tag team partner as part of Moustache Mountain since April 2015, in November 2016. The group dominated Progress over the following year with Dunne holding the Progress World Championship and Bate and Seven the Progress Tag Team Championship. Though primarily appearing in Progress, the stable has also worked for several other promotions in the United Kingdom, including Chikara, where they won the 2017 King of Trios tournament.
